I found this course very useful and feel I have learnt quite a lot of useful information on how to conduct myself and my staff to improve things. The trainer came across very well and explained the course in a lot of depth and helped me understand things clearly.

The models and toolkits are practical takeaways, which I can clearly see how to implement my team going forward. The content was all relevant. Interesting and engaging delivery, personable and made the two days enjoyable. Made me feel relaxed and able to give my feedback and comments within the group.

This was an excellent practical course. It was a 'Breath of fresh air' to attend a training session that gives you useful tools rather than psychological 'fluff'. The trainer's presentation was very good. Managed to keep the audience interested at all times. Time flew by.

It was a very practical course, providing methods of implantation and the reason for, rather than including a lot of ‘theoretical’ ideas and models that I have been given on previous such courses. I found the course content incredibly interesting and very informative. Everything seemed very common sense based, but not something you immediately think about until it's in front of you. It was an absolute pleasure to attend the 2-day Leadership and Management Training Course in London with Chris from The Corporate Coach Group. The course was clearly structured, with a helpful agenda shared at the start of each day, so we knew exactly what to expect. The content was rich — almost too much to digest in one go (in the best possible way!). Day 1 in particular was packed with valuable insights and practical tools. Chris was an excellent trainer, with standout presentation skills. I especially appreciated his use of visuals and physical cues (like hand signs) to reinforce key points — very effective and memorable. I honestly can’t recommend this course highly enough.

This training course really helped me structure my thoughts and realise how to implement basic strategies into my work, for the better of my team and me. Also, it has helped me not just with work, but about how to balance my general mindset and how to keep positive. The trainer was really good at keeping everyone engaged and interested, whilst teaching us valuable life tips.

I really enjoyed this course. The trainer was fantastic, very positive energy and extremely engaging and knowledgeable. The printed training book had good visuals and wording, it was easy to understand. The course covered all the relevant topics, nothing was unnecessary. I learned a lot over the two days and have already been able to put some of those skills into practice. I did come away feeling more confident.

Excellent structure and manuals, with great direction and time keeping. The content is gold! There are so many new and simple concepts that I will easily be able to apply. I found the SMART, CG4D and Prioritisation exercises very valuable. I loved the perspective of right box/wrong box. The time management matrix is really wonderful, I am going to share this! The trainer was approachable and empathetic, offering a very efficiently run course. He shares depth and breadth of knowledge through engaging storytelling, weaving in history and philosophy. His dedication to making a difference in people's lives if really evident.

I thought the content was very good, with a lot of it relevant to my working environment and in some areas personal. I found the split between the organisational and emotional aspects worked well. I felt the Time Management Matrix, Priority Order Decision Matrix, as well as the future bad/future good in particular, were really useful and engaging. I was very impressed with how the technology worked. The ability to see Chris whilst he was presenting and the interactive drawings were really engaging, particularly compared to the share-screen PowerPoint presentations with someone talking over them that I have experienced in the past.

This was an excellent course with a well-thought-out analytical approach to common challenges we all face. Practical solutions to problems, how to organise and use time wisely and also role play for conflict management. This course doesn't just inform you on why you should do these things to be a better manager, but also how, which is so important. I really liked that it was all based on a positive mind set, encouragement and 'How to get the best from yourselves and others'. I think everyone regardless of their role could learn something from this course.

Excellent training course. I feel very secure (and excited) to start using certain models in my practice, including the priority decision matrix and the wrong box/right box method. The trainer was equally excellent. By using 'real life' examples he helped me contextualise the models.
