Course content was fantastic! So much valuable and usable information. Best course I've been on in five years. Will revisit monthly until it sticks and is applied. Trainer's presentation: Delivered with energy and belief. Was inspiring. Trained in a way to aid remembering key point eg models. Liked the idea of summary page of key points at the back of book.

The course was very comprehensive. A lot of content covered over two days. Extremely helpful, practical approach that I can relate to my role and put into practice. Proposes things that are achievable day to day. The trainer's presentation was good and at the right pace for the content delivered. Clearly explained. Opportunity for group discussion, happy for questions.

The course contained lots of interesting topics that were all relevant to my job role. All topics were explained in lots of detail, with great strategies to remember them. The trainer's presentation was great, with use of both personal case studies and from the group, ensured we were all engaged. The training media and training manual, made the two days engaging and interactive.

I found each section extremely useful as they were each well organised, linked together and complimented each other. I feel I have learnt valuable skills for the workplace and my own personal life. Chris (trainer) is fantastic - super engaging, thoughtful with scenarios and responses and overall a very good teacher.

The content was very thorough and was just enough for a day course. It covered many areas but still remained focused on key areas of professional development. Marco was an absolute star, so helpful and kept me on track and focussed. I cannot fault the delivery of the presentation at all. Had never seen the tech before, so was really impressed, allowed me to be more engaged. I didn't even look at my mobile phone all day!

Chris Provided clear, rational, structure to things that have been feelings or rules of thumb until now [Don’t criticise personality, or in public, etc] Defining types of work Q1, Q2, etc. was particularly useful. Most content was framed toward yourself (which is where improvement starts, to be fair). However, for a leadership course, potentially the implication and use for a wider team should be made more explicit.

I found this conflict course really useful, particularly highlighting the importance of using objective language when in conflict situations and the model 'six steps' for managing complaints as this is something that presents as a manager. I also found the 'wrong box, right box' method useful, removing the emotion. The presentation was really well prepared, the manual is particularly useful as I can use this to refer back too.

The course content is practical and adaptable to everyday living – not just work! I am sure that the skills I have learnt will come into immediate use and I urge other new managers to take this course. The trainer’s presentation was fantastic and he delivered the presentation exceptionally. He was helpful, energetic, inspiring and fun.

This was an excellent practical course. It was a 'Breath of fresh air' to attend a training session that gives you useful tools rather than psychological 'fluff'. The trainer's presentation was very good. Managed to keep the audience interested at all times. Time flew by.

I really enjoyed the course, so many different modules covered that I will find useful in my professional life. Great content, the modules on communication and conflict in particular were insightful and structured. Chris, the trainer, was approachable, clear and concise. I would highly recommend him as a trainer. He was committed to making sure we received the full training. Easy to understand and knowledgeable.

I found the 8 Part SMART, Conflict Management and Continuous Improvement Cycle to be the most beneficial parts of this training course. In relation to the trainer's presentation, I enjoyed how both days were done via flip chart. The trainer knew what he was talking about. Very interactive and personal. The trainer and training content definitely exceeded my expectations. I will refer this course to my colleagues. Best training course I have attended.

Course content was great, a lot of in depth information that I can use in the future. Many tools/techniques will be used by myself ie wrong box, right box, decision matrix and time management. Amazing presentation, enthusiastic and energetic, kept people engaged and interested. Overall mark: 100/100

Every single element of this course was incredibly beneficial! A lot of information and tools I have been looking to harness for years, all put in one session, GREAT! Very interactive too and broken up. Amazing and Engaging presentation. Really important and helpful when challenging peoples mind sets. Something I try to do as a manager but have failed! Good for everyone to hear those thoughts from someone externally.

The whole content of the course was very useful in my day to day work. The techniques explained can be used in leading my team. I came to understand the areas where I need to improve myself. The trainers Presentation was Excellent. Easy to understand each and every topic covered.

Very informative training. Diagrams and plans will be very useful, as will the decision matrix in helping me to keep focused on my goals and maintain a positive mental attitude. The presenter was also extremely engaging, fast-paced but clear, good interaction and would definitely recommend this course to others.

I found the course insightful, with detailed actions on how to implement a positive, effective working environment. There was attention to detail and it was fully explained. Enjoyed the engagement between each section. Not once did I question what was the point of me attending, nor was I bored. Really enjoyed and motivated to do better.

I found this course beneficial to know how to successfully conduct an investigation into issues. The tools will enable me to find the correct, factual information. The trainer's presentation was very good, light-hearted and easy to understand. He gave a good insight and tools to assist in investigating.

The professional development and productivity sections of the course were equally insightful. The simple plans and processes are easy to understand and presented very well. I look forward to putting these into practice within my role. Both Chris and Marco delivered the course materiel seamlessly. They obviously have a passion for training and the knowledge and experience they both share was well received and extremely beneficial. The use of the virtual white board was a great addition. Too many training providers rely on their slide content only to drive the course forward, which can in my experience allow the mind to wander. The presentation remained engaging throughout.

This leadership and management course was phenomenal. To understand the basics of "Be clear, Be rational, Be positive" to understand not the ‘But why’ in the past ‘But why’ in the future. Delegate tasks and the emotion is a big factor. Not only does Chris (trainer) have an amazing voice, but he was fantastic. Opened my eyes in understanding the insight to management and went through points in detail with enthusiasm.

The course material and additional resources were really helpful. Even though the course was online, it was still really interactive and I now feel I have some great tools to work with. I would recommend this course. Chris was a terrific trainer! His energy was great and I felt motivated to remain engaged throughout. He was knowledgeable and gave helpful explanations and clear answers to questions. It was great to have Chris physically in front of you, engaging and discussing key points while also using the interactive whiteboard to illustrate key points. There was a good balance of slides, interactive whiteboard and discussion.

Excellent content. Gave great practical advice and tools to deal with many of the issues faced on a daily basis. In particular the tool to allow quick prioritisation, by value. Chris was an excellent trainer, very good communicator and easy to follow.

I had a wonderful experience with such a learning oriented course. It was really beneficial for me in terms of managing conflict, directing and delegating the tasks, setting about the priority of tasks effectively. Gezz is unique trainer I must say, equipped with wonderful expertise and practical examples both for professional and personal life`s relevancy.

Course content was very good - easy to follow and understand. Overall the course was very helpful. But specifically the parts on conflict resolution and prioritisation were particularly useful. The course was very relevant and practical, but also made me pause and reflect on approaches to life in general and not just working life. It also made me think more about the impact of my behaviour on others. I think that attending this course will make me a better manager. Fantastic course content. I loved the booklet/ manual; I wish other courses had such comprehensive notes to take away. Brilliant methodologies, tools and frameworks to take away and apply to my work, and home life. Really motivating and inspiring content. Also had a really inspirational way of presenting. And was happy for challenging questions.

I really benefited from annotating the course material, as it helped me stay engaged with the content. I learnt new techniques on how to handle difficult conversations/situations that gives me a tool how to change the outcomes.
