Course content was fantastic! So much valuable and usable information. Best course I've been on in five years. Will revisit monthly until it sticks and is applied. Trainer's presentation: Delivered with energy and belief. Was inspiring. Trained in a way to aid remembering key point eg models. Liked the idea of summary page of key points at the back of book.

I had a wonderful experience with such a learning oriented course. It was really beneficial for me in terms of managing conflict, directing and delegating the tasks, setting about the priority of tasks effectively. Gezz is unique trainer I must say, equipped with wonderful expertise and practical examples both for professional and personal life`s relevancy.

The course content was mixed and kept me attentive. I appreciated all the examples and stories, much easier to learn from experiences. The trainer was very interactive. I enjoyed working in pairs, definitely helped content sink in.

The course was very informative. I have experienced similar courses before, like SMART, but this was much more cohesive. Very useful in joining the dots and at least confirming that I have the basics that I can continue to build on. The trainer was very good, a bit quirky in parts, precise and demonstrative.

The course had good structure and pace. Useful consolidation of topics which we can put into context within the company's culture and meetings. The trainer was clear and attentive and tailored the discussions to our needs and additional questions.

The Course was really good with lots of lessons and techniques which will help me with my development. The way the techniques were taught meant it was easy to understand and pick up. The notes provided are good for future reference. I have already had to use several of the techniques we learnt which I would not have known how to handle certain situations before I attended the course. Chris was polite, very approachable and informative, he engaged with us and included us as more of an open discussion type of training, which is how I personally learn best. I couldn't have asked for more from the training, I got out of it exactly what I needed.

Fantastic course content. Learnt an awful lot I had not previously considered. In particular the 'WhatsNext' for prioritisation, such a simple process to prioritise tasks. Both Marco and Chris were fantastic. I was dubious about joining a virtual training course; however, it exceeded my expectations! Both were informative, friendly and could tell both were passionate about the training they provided. I really liked how the technology used to deliver the course was used. I was unsure how this course would work virtually but really enjoyed it and I learnt a lot due to the layout and presentations on Teams.

I was very impressed by the course content. I found all the information very useful and look forward to put this into practice. The trainer's presentation was excellent!! He came across very well and very easy to understand. A true motivator.

I found pretty much all of the content very useful. It made me think about things in a different way. Hopefully will return to this material and use it to keep thinking positively about all the forthcoming challenges. Chris presented very well, both clearly and confidently.

Brilliant course. Very detailed and visual. Key points delivered well and in the right way to be able to remember down the road. Perhaps our industry is a little too reactive for some of it, but there are certainly things that I will use. Very engaging, positive delivery.

The course content was put together really well and flowed from one subject to another nicely. Everything was relevant, and the tools included will help me going forward into senior management. Chris has a lovely approach to the training which makes it enjoyable, and the time flew! He's voice is easy to listen to and clear. If there was something we didn't understand or extra questions we asked, it was never a problem and he either went back over something or extended his answer to the extra question. He was brilliant! The tech was great! easy to follow on screen and it makes it so much nicer in colour! :)

I found all the course content very useful, even the topics I didn't think I needed training on. The most beneficial topics were decision making, managing emotions, conflicts and communication. The trainer was very engaging, using a lot of great examples. There was not a boring moment in the two days I attended. He made sure that we left knowing exactly what we needed to work on and how we can implement the changes. Thank you!

The course content was perfect, with detailed notes that interlinked with the full two-day presentation, including interaction throughout. The trainer was planned and prepared. He presented based on course notes fluently with no need to refer to notes. Maintained focus and attentiveness for full two days.

I really enjoyed this course. The trainer was fantastic, very positive energy and extremely engaging and knowledgeable. The printed training book had good visuals and wording, it was easy to understand. The course covered all the relevant topics, nothing was unnecessary. I learned a lot over the two days and have already been able to put some of those skills into practice. I did come away feeling more confident.

The course was very comprehensive. A lot of content covered over two days. Extremely helpful, practical approach that I can relate to my role and put into practice. Proposes things that are achievable day to day. The trainer's presentation was good and at the right pace for the content delivered. Clearly explained. I found this course beneficial to know how to successfully conduct an investigation into issues. The tools will enable me to find the correct, factual information. The trainer's presentation was very good, light-hearted and easy to understand. He gave a good insight and tools to assist in investigating.

Excellent structure and manuals, with great direction and time keeping. The content is gold! There are so many new and simple concepts that I will easily be able to apply. I found the SMART, CG4D and Prioritisation exercises very valuable. I loved the perspective of right box/wrong box. The time management matrix is really wonderful, I am going to share this! The trainer was approachable and empathetic, offering a very efficiently run course. He shares depth and breadth of knowledge through engaging storytelling, weaving in history and philosophy. His dedication to making a difference in people's lives if really evident.

I found the content interesting and believe that I can use it to improve myself both personally and professionally, especially conflict management, delegation and time management. The presentation was very good. The Trainer was engaging and the information was in-depth but easy to understand.

Will take a lot of practical ideas away from the course. Much prefer training when there are practical methods rather than break-out sessions, so found the course was much more suited to my way of learning. The right box/wrong box and prioritisation methods were two areas I will definitely take away and put into practice immediately. The Trainer Chris was great, just the right balance of giving information vs seeking information from the group. Everything was clear and concise.

I found this conflict course really useful, particularly highlighting the importance of using objective language when in conflict situations and the model 'six steps' for managing complaints as this is something that presents as a manager. I also found the 'wrong box, right box' method useful, removing the emotion. The presentation was really well prepared, the manual is particularly useful as I can use this to refer back too.

The course content has give me a better insight into the way I would like to be perceived as both a colleague and a manager. The trainer, Chris, came highly recommended and I hope to act on everything he has taught me over the coming weeks, months and years. Thank you.

The course content was quite detailed, but the presentation broke it down so that it wasn't too daunting. Covered a lot of ground in two days. Really informative. The trainer's presentation was excellent. The best training presentation I have ever seen.

I enjoyed the content of the course especially some of the more practical tools like the wrong box / right box and prioritisation techniques. I still need to process all the information that’s been shared over the 2 days. Presentation and delivery was fantastic! 100/100. Marco made the course engaging, fun and actionable. I appreciate that he tailored many parts of the course to fit in with each attendee’s situation. I can see there is lots of presentation experience and commitment to deliver the course in the most efficient way possible.

Training course content was clear, concise and surprisingly unrushed, as two days condensed into one. Useful area on separation of objective and subjective. Also interesting conflict management, wrong box, right box. Good reminder of smart technique. Trainer's presentation kept delegates engaged, off the phone/ laptop, which is rare. Interesting delivery of what could be a heavy area.

The course is very interesting and it covers a new area in communication that is not taught in undergraduate classes. It is beneficial because it deals with understanding the process of communication. It improves skills in written and practical communication processes. Trainer's Presentation is excellent. He has a deep knowledge of the content, and he used the simplest teaching technique to achieve results. I am highly impressed.

It was a very practical course, providing methods of implantation and the reason for, rather than including a lot of ‘theoretical’ ideas and models that I have been given on previous such courses. This was an excellent course! Chris was very clear and able to provide plenty of examples / scenarios that demonstrated the content. Excellent!
