The course contained lots of interesting topics that were all relevant to my job role. All topics were explained in lots of detail, with great strategies to remember them. The trainer's presentation was great, with use of both personal case studies and from the group, ensured we were all engaged. The training media and training manual, made the two days engaging and interactive.

The course had good structure and pace. Useful consolidation of topics which we can put into context within the company's culture and meetings. The trainer was clear and attentive and tailored the discussions to our needs and additional questions.

I really benefitted from the wrong box/right box technique as I find it difficult to deal with conflict constructively. The Trainer was very clear, concise and his knowledge of subject was inspiring. Was glad it wasn't death by PowerPoint!

I found the course insightful, with detailed actions on how to implement a positive, effective working environment. There was attention to detail and it was fully explained. Enjoyed the engagement between each section. Not once did I question what was the point of me attending, nor was I bored. Really enjoyed and motivated to do better.

The course content was very good! Easy to follow and concise. Loved the diagrams and the various quotes. Punchy wording that stays with you! Loved the idea of summarising thoughts on back pages. The trainer's presentation was excellent! Fantastic use of humour to explain the concepts that are not easy to convey. Very good 'illustrative' technique. Explains fantastically through use of examples.

Excellent and relevant content. Good models shown with practical use explained. The trainer had a good style, conducive to learning, nice pace and clear at all times. Good opportunities for elaboration where needed.

The Course was really good with lots of lessons and techniques which will help me with my development. The way the techniques were taught meant it was easy to understand and pick up. The notes provided are good for future reference. I have already had to use several of the techniques we learnt which I would not have known how to handle certain situations before I attended the course. Chris was polite, very approachable and informative, he engaged with us and included us as more of an open discussion type of training, which is how I personally learn best. I couldn't have asked for more from the training, I got out of it exactly what I needed.

Excellent course content that will be very useful. Good, practical tools provided, as well as some thought-provoking aspects. Will be beneficial in all areas of life - not just work. The trainer's presentation was clear, targeted, believed his own material, obviously 'lived' what he spoke about. Inspirational to me. Good blend of 'serious' content delivered well.

The course was packed with tips that will really be applicable in my current role and hopefully be doing so I will be able to excel in it. The course was simple to follow and gave me an abundance of information on leadership skills. Chris was very clear and fluent throughout the course, and explained how to apply each piece of knowledge very well. He ensured that the sessions were interactive and therefore easy to remain focused throughout.

Very good and informative course, with the right amount of time allocated. It provided useful insights and ideas to apply in my job and helped me analyse ways to move forward in various situations. Great presentation, effectively using visuals with flipcharts to facilitate conversations and ideas. It was helpful to have a detailed workbook to take away, as well as to add to during the two days.

I learnt new techniques on how to handle difficult conversations/situations that gives me a tool how to change the outcomes. I am a positive, self-motivated person in general and the course reminded me that these are great values and gave me directions where to improve. The Trainer Marco, is a role model. He is handling situations how everyone dreams to handle them. He, and the course material, inspired me to keep growing as a manager and an individual.

The course was very considered and raised points that will be very useful in future negotiations. There were elements that had not occurred to me which was what I was hoping for from today. The trainer was great. He was clear in his presentation and was also a good listener. The flow was good and the day went very quickly.

Very informative and constructive, carefully planned out presentations. Well timed breaks and a very clear message and objective for each subject. I thought the content was very good, with a lot of it relevant to my working environment and in some areas personal. I found the split between the organisational and emotional aspects worked well. I felt the Time Management Matrix, Priority Order Decision Matrix, as well as the future bad/future good in particular, were really useful and engaging. I was very impressed with how the technology worked. The ability to see Chris whilst he was presenting and the interactive drawings were really engaging, particularly compared to the share-screen PowerPoint presentations with someone talking over them that I have experienced in the past.

It was an absolute pleasure to attend the 2-day Leadership and Management Training Course in London with Chris from The Corporate Coach Group. The course was clearly structured, with a helpful agenda shared at the start of each day, so we knew exactly what to expect. The content was rich — almost too much to digest in one go (in the best possible way!). Day 1 in particular was packed with valuable insights and practical tools. Chris was an excellent trainer, with standout presentation skills. I especially appreciated his use of visuals and physical cues (like hand signs) to reinforce key points — very effective and memorable. I honestly can’t recommend this course highly enough.

I'm impressed by quality of materials. They were not vague, but very specific, not boring, not what you usually hear on typical training. The course was very comprehensive. A lot of content covered over two days. Extremely helpful, practical approach that I can relate to my role and put into practice. Proposes things that are achievable day to day. The trainer's presentation was good and at the right pace for the content delivered. Clearly explained. The course content suited me as it pointed out the ways I could make my own attitude more positive, which would allow me to pass on that positivity to my colleagues. This should ensure a happier more productive working environment. I felt the trainer was excellently prepared. It wasn't a 'classroom' situation and humour was incorporated leading to a stress-free, enjoyable course.

I found all the course content very useful, even the topics I didn't think I needed training on. The most beneficial topics were decision making, managing emotions, conflicts and communication. Really clear and engaging content, in a really good flow. Lots of discussion that felt natural and relevant and inclusive. Not too overwhelming which I often find with training. Feels like I’ve been equipped with the tools to succeed with confidence. Chris was really engaging, inspiring and clear.
