Fantastic course content. I loved the booklet/ manual; I wish other courses had such comprehensive notes to take away. Brilliant methodologies, tools and frameworks to take away and apply to my work, and home life. Really motivating and inspiring content. The trainer’s presentation: Chris and Gez are both great presenters. In particular Chris had great in-depth knowledge of the content, and had good answers to questions. Also had a really inspirational way of presenting. And was happy for challenging questions.

I thought the content was great; really inspiring. I learnt a lot about the value of objective vs subjective communication and how I can start to apply more logical thinking/reasoning. Trainer was fantastic, very engaging throughout, good use of whiteboard and despite it being a whole day he managed to hold my attention all the way through. Great session held virtually, with interactive workbook.

The whole content of the course was very useful in my day to day work. The techniques explained can be used in leading my team. I came to understand the areas where I need to improve myself. The trainers Presentation was Excellent. Easy to understand each and every topic covered.

Great content. Really interesting and I found all of it beneficial for use in both the workplace and the outside world. Most useful to be given tools to use for all of the theories to put into practice. Trainer (Chris) engaged with his own material, demonstrated his own use of the knowledge he was imparting, great speed (not too quick), kept interest throughout and made it easy to take on board. Excellent trainer.

I found the course content incredibly interesting and very informative. Everything seemed very common sense based, but not something you immediately think about until it's in front of you. I must admit I was somewhat cynical at first "why do I need this, done things like this before." It was soon evident that I was picking up new ideas. Since the course I have been re-reading the notes as I want to retain as much as possible of what I learnt. It is a fact with most courses I never pick up the notes again. But I have every intention of revisiting and embedding the information from this course into my mind. I cannot praise Chris and the course content enough, so many thanks.

I thought the course to be beneficial to both myself and the company as a whole. I particularly learned a lot through the Edison success theory. The Trainer, Chris Farmer, explained in detail, clearly and delivered very well using practical examples. Brilliant!

The course was very informative. I have experienced similar courses before, like SMART, but this was much more cohesive. Very useful in joining the dots and at least confirming that I have the basics that I can continue to build on. The trainer was very good, a bit quirky in parts, precise and demonstrative.

Extensive content that was applicable to both professional and personal development, especially associated with time management, prioritisation and emotional management. I really benefitted from the wrong box/right box technique as I find it difficult to deal with conflict constructively. The Trainer was very clear, concise and his knowledge of subject was inspiring. Was glad it wasn't death by PowerPoint!

The course content was excellent and gave techniques to use that will certainly be beneficial to me in my future work. It also gave me a more positive outlook to the current work that I have. "Thanks Chris, you changed my life!" Honestly, I thought I knew most of it already, but I've learned a lot more. The trainer's presentation was very good, good communication (physical and verbal) and always looking at everyone which is important!

The course content was well structured, rich in tools, techniques, examples to increase productivity, healthy management and support others and ourselves to achieve. Lots of diagrams, moderately paces (not too fast or too slow, just right!) and very informative. I think there is a great deal I can use in my day to day life – personal and professional.

I found all aspects of the two-day course beneficial, particularly the 'Right Box / Wrong Box' method for dealing with conflict. The content was extremely useful and will be something I can apply in both my work and personal life moving forward. Chris was engaging and well-paced in his teaching, effectively instilling methods for remembering the 'Toolkit' processes.

The course material and additional resources were really helpful. Even though the course was online, it was still really interactive and I now feel I have some great tools to work with. I would recommend this course. Chris was a terrific trainer! His energy was great and I felt motivated to remain engaged throughout. He was knowledgeable and gave helpful explanations and clear answers to questions. It was great to have Chris physically in front of you, engaging and discussing key points while also using the interactive whiteboard to illustrate key points. There was a good balance of slides, interactive whiteboard and discussion.

The course content was very relevant and well structured. Flowed extremely well from one topic to the next so that you were left with a coherent series of techniques to apply in both the workplace and wider life. The trainer's presentation was very engaging, well informed and inspiring. A friendly and approachable presenter, who was positive about areas people wanted to develop and focus on and did not make them feel uncomfortable for admitting these weaknesses.

Really enjoyed Right Box, Wrong Box for dealing with conflict, it will prevent me getting emotionally involved. Smart Goals will be beneficial for my Quarterly performance reviews along with remaining factual when dealing with negative behaviours. Good delivery of the course content and open discussions for all formulas – Marco made sure all examples was relevant for the varying students. 10/10

I feel really positive. The course was extremely comprehensive and very interactive. It's a rare course where I would be happy to keep going at the end of the day. The content was amazing, I learnt a lot of good advice and information. I especially enjoyed the conflict resolution and emotions parts. I had a wonderful experience with such a learning oriented course. It was really beneficial for me in terms of managing conflict, directing and delegating the tasks, setting about the priority of tasks effectively. Gezz is unique trainer I must say, equipped with wonderful expertise and practical examples both for professional and personal life`s relevancy.

Really useful range of tools and techniques. A lot of useful stuff packed into two days. Both Chris and Marco delivered the content clearly and effectively. Technology was used to good effect to illustrate the points and make the presentations engaging. The remote training worked very smoothly, with the presenters delivering to camera with good energy, as if in the classroom. Use of tablets to illustrate points was effective.

I thought the technology was great! Really interactive and let us see in more detail what the leader was saying. Excellent use of green screen or whatever it was. Really informative, very thorough and gave enough chance to take notes. Good separation of content into understandable and logical areas. I gained a lot of insight and felt welcomed and encouraged throughout. Great imparting of knowledge from Marco and Chris, super friendly and talkative. Their approach made it easy for me to follow and learn. Thank you so much!

I have attended a few courses in the past and this one is by far the best. It has got a very well-defined structure and lots of useful information. The most useful content was to do with dealing with people in conflict situations: wrong box / right box and success formula. Very clear presentation and good, relevant examples. Did not drift off the point. Was easy to keep focus on.

Course content was very good - easy to follow and understand. Overall the course was very helpful. But specifically the parts on conflict resolution and prioritisation were particularly useful. Chris (trainer) was a dynamic and engaging presenter. He kept everything running strictly to time without making it feel like we were galloping through the course. Thank you!

The course content was quite detailed, but the presentation broke it down so that it wasn't too daunting. Covered a lot of ground in two days. Really informative. The trainer's presentation was excellent. The best training presentation I have ever seen.

Excellent overview of concepts with some detailed analysis of key concepts. Such as the ‘goal’ part of SMART. The trainer was knowledgeable and approachable. I particularly liked that it was their own material – constantly improved and not just ‘a trainer’ presenting a training package.

Thoroughly enjoyable and enlightening, I hadn't previously considered the impact of time management in the way the course was written and delivered. I learnt a lot to consider that I hadn't previously. The Trainer was very positive, personable and knowledgeable throughout the day. Very engaging - post lunch slump never came!

Brilliant course. Very detailed and visual. Key points delivered well and in the right way to be able to remember down the road. Perhaps our industry is a little too reactive for some of it, but there are certainly things that I will use. Very engaging, positive delivery.
