Very informative and constructive, carefully planned out presentations. Well timed breaks and a very clear message and objective for each subject. I especially found the time management and planning very beneficial, as well as the SMART and wrong box/right box techniques. This course has not only benefited me as a manager, but also helped me improve as a person. Alison was a very knowledgeable and informative presenter, clearly understanding each members need to be there. An absolute credit to her profession.

Everything in the course was hugely beneficial, valuable and essential for a person's ability to improve themself, their mindset and how that can be applied into their life outside of work. I wish this was taught in schools, it's extremely essential and life-changing. Fantastic presentation all round, both visibly, interactively and easy to understand and digest, which makes it easier to practice and implement. I loved that there were multiple ways of remembering important points (diagrams, lists, mind maps, pictures) and using our own body to physically absorb and remember the points that were made. Thank you so much Chris, I know this will literally change my life for the better!

I really enjoyed this course. The trainer was fantastic, very positive energy and extremely engaging and knowledgeable. The printed training book had good visuals and wording, it was easy to understand. The course covered all the relevant topics, nothing was unnecessary. I learned a lot over the two days and have already been able to put some of those skills into practice. I did come away feeling more confident.

The course content was outstanding. Each topic was presented in a logical sequence, building effectively on the previous one. I encountered some impressive models that were entirely new to me, as well as some familiar ones that were presented with fresh perspectives, prompting deeper reflection. The presentation was excellent, with everything clearly visible and easy to grasp. The presenter's skills were exceptional—important information was effectively reiterated, connections were made seamlessly, and the use of hand gestures and clear speech enhanced the delivery. This is the best course I have attended. I had never seen a green screen used in a training course before, and it was truly impressive. It immediately caught my attention as a unique approach. Watching the board being written on in real-time was nothing short of genius.

The course content was very informative and detailed, relatable and useful. Easy to understand and absorb the information as well as enjoyable and entertaining. Will certainly be implementing the methods/rules learnt today in my working and personal environment. The trainer was professional, enthusiastic and understandable. His method of training allowed me to remember/absorb all the details.

I learnt new techniques on how to handle difficult conversations/situations that gives me a tool how to change the outcomes. I am a positive, self-motivated person in general and the course reminded me that these are great values and gave me directions where to improve. The Trainer Marco, is a role model. He is handling situations how everyone dreams to handle them. He, and the course material, inspired me to keep growing as a manager and an individual.

The course was very motivating, with the right level of content, delivered in digestible sections. Conflict management - wrong box/right box, this has never been covered in much detail in other internal courses. Trainer was smart and professional, knowledgeable, experienced and friendly.

I have learnt how to organise my work list in a way that is constructive and productive. To focus on the use of objective language. I found the section on conflict resolution very helpful. The course content was well structured, rich in tools, techniques, examples to increase productivity, healthy management and support others and ourselves to achieve. Lots of diagrams, moderately paces (not too fast or too slow, just right!) and very informative. I think there is a great deal I can use in my day to day life – personal and professional.

The course content was concise and practical as related to my business. It contained information that I had not seen in 48 years in the business world. The trainer's presentation was straightforward, understandable, relevant and well structured.

Really useful and practical, drawing on plenty of real world examples. Provided plenty of guidance for dealing with a range of situations. Useful to hear of examples from other industrial sectors. I found all of this course beneficial, both personally and professionally. I found the practical tools for work organisation particularly useful; identifying where I loose time; tools to be less overwhelmed; how to manage my time more effectively. The trainer was an excellent communicator, very knowledgeable with relevant examples.

I must admit I was somewhat cynical at first "why do I need this, done things like this before." It was soon evident that I was picking up new ideas. Since the course I have been re-reading the notes as I want to retain as much as possible of what I learnt. It is a fact with most courses I never pick up the notes again. But I have every intention of revisiting and embedding the information from this course into my mind. I cannot praise Chris and the course content enough, so many thanks.

Very good and informative course, with the right amount of time allocated. It provided useful insights and ideas to apply in my job and helped me analyse ways to move forward in various situations. Great presentation, effectively using visuals with flipcharts to facilitate conversations and ideas. It was helpful to have a detailed workbook to take away, as well as to add to during the two days.

Thoroughly enjoyable and enlightening, I hadn't previously considered the impact of time management in the way the course was written and delivered. I learnt a lot to consider that I hadn't previously. The Trainer was very positive, personable and knowledgeable throughout the day. Very engaging - post lunch slump never came!

Course content was very detailed, clear and covered a wide range of topics, some I have not considered when thinking about supervisor skills. Most beneficial to me were the parts on communication and conflict. I also found myself challenging my own thoughts on time management still, which I thought I was strong on. The course was very considered and raised points that will be very useful in future negotiations. There were elements that had not occurred to me which was what I was hoping for from today. Brilliant course. Very detailed and visual. Key points delivered well and in the right way to be able to remember down the road. Perhaps our industry is a little too reactive for some of it, but there are certainly things that I will use. Very engaging, positive delivery.

I found all aspects of the two-day course beneficial, particularly the 'Right Box / Wrong Box' method for dealing with conflict.
