The course contained some very interesting concepts, of which I can apply immediately to my role and that of my team. A lot of information in the two days so I will definitely review the handbook to ensure I put as much into practice as possible. Chris was extremely engaging and knowledgeable, his style and humour made the delivery interesting with some excellent examples of methods in practice.

The course was a great combination of practical tips and also psychology; the reasons why we do the things we do and what affects our decisions. I thought it would be a little boring, but it totally exceeded my expectations. Really interesting and kept my attention throughout. The trainer was awesome! His background gave me confidence that he knew what he was talking about. He was very direct, clear and concise. When people asked questions, he gave clear definitive answers with no room for misinterpretation.

A valuable, well-balanced course which covered the key elements I was looking for; self-improvement to achieve both own and work-related goals. The trainer's presentation was excellent. The course content was very interesting; lots covered and all linked together well. Really helpful for a wide range of professional development and good, straight forward tools to use again and teach others. Trainer's presentation was very clear; good amount of interaction without putting anyone on the spot (which would make attendees feel awkward).

Some really useful tools and thought-provoking exercises. The training workbook will be great to use for reflection. Great to know about the website and free website tools. The presentation had a good balance of instructive and interactive. Excellent time keeping – clearly very experienced.

I found this course very interesting and it touched on every daily activity within my new role as a manager. The trainer was calm and collect and also very knowledgeable throughout. Chris made the course easy to follow and enjoyable. His hard work made this the most enjoyable and worthwhile course I have attended.

I found the course to be extremely detailed and we were able to cover a lot in a very short space of time without being overwhelmed due to the well structured course. I enjoyed the role plays and learning about all of the different models - very informative! Well structured, easy to follow and very interesting! Very comprehensive course content with a wide range of beneficial models to follow. Practical tools and guidance for self-improvement and better management of people and situations. I found day 2 very beneficial and will be recommending for other staff. Day 1 equally beneficial for myself. The trainer presentation was clear, concise, professional and well delivered. The content was delivered very effectively with opportunity at all times to discuss points and get involved. Very effective trainer/coach who engaged all members really well.

I found all aspects of the two-day course beneficial, particularly the 'Right Box / Wrong Box' method for dealing with conflict. The content was extremely useful and will be something I can apply in both my work and personal life moving forward. Chris was engaging and well-paced in his teaching, effectively instilling methods for remembering the 'Toolkit' processes.

I found the course very useful and relevant. Techniques are really interesting, some of which I used but didn't realise. Lots more will be very useful moving forward. Covering lots in the two days. Brilliant course. Very detailed and visual. Key points delivered well and in the right way to be able to remember down the road. Perhaps our industry is a little too reactive for some of it, but there are certainly things that I will use. Very engaging, positive delivery.

The course was packed with tips that will really be applicable in my current role and hopefully be doing so I will be able to excel in it. The course was simple to follow and gave me an abundance of information on leadership skills. Chris was very clear and fluent throughout the course, and explained how to apply each piece of knowledge very well. He ensured that the sessions were interactive and therefore easy to remain focused throughout.

Flowed extremely well from one topic to the next so that you were left with a coherent series of techniques to apply in both the workplace and wider life. The trainer's presentation was very engaging, well informed and inspiring. A friendly and approachable presenter, who was positive about areas people wanted to develop and focus on and did not make them feel uncomfortable for admitting these weaknesses.

The Course was really good with lots of lessons and techniques which will help me with my development. The way the techniques were taught meant it was easy to understand and pick up. The notes provided are good for future reference. I have already had to use several of the techniques we learnt which I would not have known how to handle certain situations before I attended the course. Chris was polite, very approachable and informative, he engaged with us and included us as more of an open discussion type of training, which is how I personally learn best. I couldn't have asked for more from the training, I got out of it exactly what I needed.

I really benefitted from the wrong box/right box technique as I find it difficult to deal with conflict constructively. The Trainer was very clear, concise and his knowledge of subject was inspiring. Was glad it wasn't death by PowerPoint!

I found all the content useful, educational and thought provoking. There are several areas that I will use in my day-to-day such as ‘wrong box, right box’, better time management and how to empower others by being positive or reframing a situation. Chris (trainer) was energetic, engaging and knowledgeable. I have attended many bad training sessions over the years, this was not one of them!

This was my first virtual training and I found the set up with the green screen/ virtual whiteboard, very organised and presented. The content included a lot of very interesting topics. I was really pleased to attend the course and being given the tools I need to improve my communication skills, not only for work purposes, but beyond that. Both Chris and Marco did a great job delivering the course. The course delivery was very interactive and interesting throughout the whole day, at times eye-opening. I appreciated all the whiteboard notes, having a photographic memory it really helped me a lot to retain the information.

Very good and informative course, with the right amount of time allocated. It provided useful insights and ideas to apply in my job and helped me analyse ways to move forward in various situations. Great presentation, effectively using visuals with flipcharts to facilitate conversations and ideas. It was helpful to have a detailed workbook to take away, as well as to add to during the two days.

The content was very thorough and was just enough for a day course. It covered many areas but still remained focused on key areas of professional development. Marco was an absolute star, so helpful and kept me on track and focussed. I cannot fault the delivery of the presentation at all. Had never seen the tech before, so was really impressed, allowed me to be more engaged. I didn't even look at my mobile phone all day!

I thought the content was very good, with a lot of it relevant to my working environment and in some areas personal. I found the split between the organisational and emotional aspects worked well. I felt the Time Management Matrix, Priority Order Decision Matrix, as well as the future bad/future good in particular, were really useful and engaging. I was very impressed with how the technology worked. The ability to see Chris whilst he was presenting and the interactive drawings were really engaging, particularly compared to the share-screen PowerPoint presentations with someone talking over them that I have experienced in the past.

The course content was excellent. Perfectly structured so that it flowed and made logical sense. I have been on similar courses in the past, but the content and particularly the delivery of this one, was the best I have seen. Very impactful.

This training course was just what I was looking for. The captions noted at the back of the book throughout the day have been exceptionally helpful. The training day has been enjoyable with lots of interaction. As an introvert this is a huge step in my development. Timings were kept, and the trainer was helpful answering various questions during the day.

I found all the course content very useful, even the topics I didn't think I needed training on. The most beneficial topics were decision making, managing emotions, conflicts and communication. The trainer was very engaging, using a lot of great examples. There was not a boring moment in the two days I attended. He made sure that we left knowing exactly what we needed to work on and how we can implement the changes. Thank you!

I found the course content relates a lot to a lot of what I felt I already knew, which clearly did not. All aspect where really helpful. Especially having to deal with conflict, which I’ve not had experience in the workplace to date. Chris was Brilliant! Very precise and clear of what he was trying to get across and what is expected of me.

A very interesting course and full content. The course covered a lot of topics I didn't expect - in a good way! The mix between the training course and the exercises in groups was well balanced and gives time to discuss with other delegates and exchange ideas. The trainer Marco is extremely professional. Very informative and helpful. I found the guidance on effective communication (CG4D), conflict (Wrong box, right box) and feedback (Conversation control, Success formula) very beneficial. Section on time management also give me practical ideas to better manage my time (Decision matrix etc). The presenter was clear, engaging and patient, and delivered the content in a very timely manner.

I found the course to be informative and I very much enjoyed the day. The number of delegates allowed for a more personal approach which I found helpful. I have taken away some useful tools to handle difficult and confrontational situations, that can be applied not only in the workplace but in life generally. Having access to the post course portal for further support is also a bonus. I found the course tutor, Chris, to be engaging and would definitely consider attending your courses in the future.

Training course content was far more in depth than I imagined and a change to other courses I have been on, which I would say brushed over things compared to the structured detail of this course. The trainer delivered well with good visual aid demonstrations which stuck in my mind well.

"Thanks Chris, you changed my life!" Honestly, I thought I knew most of it already, but I've learned a lot more. The trainer's presentation was very good, good communication (physical and verbal) and always looking at everyone which is important!

It was the best of this type of course I’ve attended. I found all elements beneficial, particularly conflict management and the success concept. It was a perfect balance of teaching vs interaction, with a nice touch of humour. I didn’t nod off once, Chris engaged me 100% for the full two days.
