The course is very interesting and it covers a new area in communication that is not taught in undergraduate classes. It is beneficial because it deals with understanding the process of communication. It improves skills in written and practical communication processes. Trainer's Presentation is excellent. He has a deep knowledge of the content, and he used the simplest teaching technique to achieve results. I am highly impressed.

The course content is practical and adaptable to everyday living – not just work! Course content was highly beneficial. Some aspects I was aware of and use, but also new methods learnt that I will look to practice, ie 6 step method and emotional danger zone. Chris was amazing. He presented in a fun and enticing way, interesting and thorough.

I have attended a few courses in the past and this one is by far the best. It has got a very well-defined structure and lots of useful information. The most useful content was to do with dealing with people in conflict situations: wrong box / right box and success formula. Very clear presentation and good, relevant examples. Did not drift off the point. Was easy to keep focus on.

I really benefited from annotating the course material, as it helped me stay engaged with the content. The tools and techniques provided were incredibly helpful, and I plan to implement and develop them further in my work over time. I thought the course was very eye-opening and made me look at simple processes in a very different light and in much more depth. Being a visual learner, I found the diagrams, models and structures very interesting and valuable. Chris is a very engaging and positive presenter, ensuring he explains things thoroughly and ensures everyone understands.

Excellent content with summaries of all important points. SMART targets and 8 Success formula questions were most beneficial. The presentation had a good balance between light-heartedness and importance. Take home messages were well reinforced.

I thought the course was very informative and Chris the instructor was superb! He kept the class engaged and on point the entire course. What I found most beneficial was the systematic approach that were modelled for each topic defined. Also the “mock” scenarios were very helpful in thinking in a “real life” situation, whilst also being able to apply what we were shown and also be able to see it actually work. Leading will bring clear, reasonable and having a positive attitude.

Did the 2 Days. Covered all 6 areas. Great content, slides, resources. Workbook great for taking notes. Areas to work in and be interactive. Small group so all able to get involved and interact with alternative to discuss. Clear + concise. Good delivery + got all involved. Depth of knowledge helping reinforce ideas, models methods to take forward. 100/100

Excellent course content that will be very useful. Good, practical tools provided, as well as some thought-provoking aspects. Will be beneficial in all areas of life - not just work. The trainer's presentation was clear, targeted, believed his own material, obviously 'lived' what he spoke about. Inspirational to me. Good blend of 'serious' content delivered well.

I found the course to be packed full of useful, well thought-through, and well-practiced information. I particularly liked the modules on time management and handling difficult conversations. The trainer's methods reinforced his points very successfully. I believe I will retain more from this course than I have from other courses.

A very interesting course and full content. The course covered a lot of topics I didn't expect - in a good way! The mix between the training course and the exercises in groups was well balanced and gives time to discuss with other delegates and exchange ideas. The trainer Marco is extremely professional. The training course could not have been better for me! Content was extremely relevant and context was spot on! Diagrams, processes and exercises were clear and accessible and I enjoyed every part. I must admit I was somewhat cynical at first "why do I need this, done things like this before." It was soon evident that I was picking up new ideas. Since the course I have been re-reading the notes as I want to retain as much as possible of what I learnt. It is a fact with most courses I never pick up the notes again. But I have every intention of revisiting and embedding the information from this course into my mind. I cannot praise Chris and the course content enough, so many thanks.

Very good and informative course, with the right amount of time allocated. It provided useful insights and ideas to apply in my job and helped me analyse ways to move forward in various situations. Great presentation, effectively using visuals with flipcharts to facilitate conversations and ideas. It was helpful to have a detailed workbook to take away, as well as to add to during the two days.

The course content suited me as it pointed out the ways I could make my own attitude more positive, which would allow me to pass on that positivity to my colleagues. The course content was put together really well and flowed from one subject to another nicely. Everything was relevant, and the tools included will help me going forward into senior management. Chris has a lovely approach to the training which makes it enjoyable, and the time flew! He's voice is easy to listen to and clear. If there was something we didn't understand or extra questions we asked, it was never a problem and he either went back over something or extended his answer to the extra question. He was brilliant! The tech was great! easy to follow on screen and it makes it so much nicer in colour! :)

Very informative and helpful. I found the guidance on effective communication (CG4D), conflict (Wrong box, right box) and feedback (Conversation control, Success formula) very beneficial. Section on time management also give me practical ideas to better manage my time (Decision matrix etc). The presenter was clear, engaging and patient, and delivered the content in a very timely manner.

The training course content was superbly structured with excellent notes. Each element was clearly presented and discussed, allowing opportunity to reflect and plan on how to integrate into our professional and personal lives.
