The course content was very good, clear and interesting. Feel like I have a lot of tools in my tool box! The trainer was fun, friendly and a delight. His presentation was easy to understand, engaged in getting to know us. Felt at ease to talk openly.

I found each section extremely useful as they were each well organised, linked together and complimented each other. I feel I have learnt valuable skills for the workplace and my own personal life. Chris (trainer) is fantastic - super engaging, thoughtful with scenarios and responses and overall a very good teacher.

The course content was fascinating and very relevant to me. Encouraged me to review my positives and negatives but importantly provided clear instruction on tools and models to enhance my personal and professional development: Brilliant. The trainers presentation was first class, well delivered, informed, relevant and with the right energy and use of language.

Brilliant course. Very detailed and visual. Key points delivered well and in the right way to be able to remember down the road. Perhaps our industry is a little too reactive for some of it, but there are certainly things that I will use. Very engaging, positive delivery.

I thought the content was great; really inspiring. I learnt a lot about the value of objective vs subjective communication and how I can start to apply more logical thinking/reasoning. Trainer was fantastic, very engaging throughout, good use of whiteboard and despite it being a whole day he managed to hold my attention all the way through. Great session held virtually, with interactive workbook.

Really informative with lots of practical tips, especially around how to communicate better—whether that’s inspiring others or giving feedback. The app and online tools were a great bonus. Chris was super knowledgeable and easy to relate to, and the personal stories really helped bring the ideas to life.

The course material and additional resources were really helpful. Even though the course was online, it was still really interactive and I now feel I have some great tools to work with. I would recommend this course. Chris was a terrific trainer! His energy was great and I felt motivated to remain engaged throughout. He was knowledgeable and gave helpful explanations and clear answers to questions. It was great to have Chris physically in front of you, engaging and discussing key points while also using the interactive whiteboard to illustrate key points. There was a good balance of slides, interactive whiteboard and discussion.

I found this course very interesting and it touched on every daily activity within my new role as a manager. The trainer was calm and collect and also very knowledgeable throughout. Chris made the course easy to follow and enjoyable. His hard work made this the most enjoyable and worthwhile course I have attended.

Very good and informative course, with the right amount of time allocated. It provided useful insights and ideas to apply in my job and helped me analyse ways to move forward in various situations. Great presentation, effectively using visuals with flipcharts to facilitate conversations and ideas. It was helpful to have a detailed workbook to take away, as well as to add to during the two days.

Fantastic course content. I loved the booklet/ manual; I wish other courses had such comprehensive notes to take away. Brilliant methodologies, tools and frameworks to take away and apply to my work, and home life. Really motivating and inspiring content. The trainer’s presentation: Chris and Gez are both great presenters. In particular Chris had great in-depth knowledge of the content, and had good answers to questions. Also had a really inspirational way of presenting. And was happy for challenging questions.

I have attended a few courses in the past and this one is by far the best. It has got a very well-defined structure and lots of useful information. The most useful content was to do with dealing with people in conflict situations: wrong box / right box and success formula. Very clear presentation and good, relevant examples. Did not drift off the point. Was easy to keep focus on.

The course content was interesting, and I found it very useful and motivating. I have learnt a lot and feel confident about putting this into practise. Chris is a very good trainer, who kept my interest and attention throughout the course. Good use of personal anecdotes brought real life situations into the learning.

I found this course beneficial to know how to successfully conduct an investigation into issues. The tools will enable me to find the correct, factual information. The trainer's presentation was very good, light-hearted and easy to understand. He gave a good insight and tools to assist in investigating.

The course was exceptionally useful, full of information that I just would not have associated with these aspects. Has made me really rethink how I need to improve myself and move myself forward, also a little daunting. Also allowing me to help others is a powerful tool. This was an excellent practical course. It was a 'Breath of fresh air' to attend a training session that gives you useful tools rather than psychological 'fluff'. The trainer's presentation was very good. Managed to keep the audience interested at all times. Time flew by.

It was the best of this type of course I’ve attended. I found all elements beneficial, particularly conflict management and the success concept. It was a perfect balance of teaching vs interaction, with a nice touch of humour. I didn’t nod off once, Chris engaged me 100% for the full two days. This leadership and management course was phenomenal. To understand the basics of "Be clear, Be rational, Be positive" to understand not the ‘But why’ in the past ‘But why’ in the future. Delegate tasks and the emotion is a big factor. Not only does Chris (trainer) have an amazing voice, but he was fantastic. Opened my eyes in understanding the insight to management and went through points in detail with enthusiasm.

An excellent course. This is something all employees should receive BEFORE or IMMEDIATELY AFTER moving to a supervisory/managerial role. Contains lots of useful info, also for general life. The trainer was engaging, maintained interest of the group. Good explanations of the content, in easy to understand terms.

The training course could not have been better for me! Content was extremely relevant and context was spot on! Diagrams, processes and exercises were clear and accessible and I enjoyed every part. The course content suited me as it pointed out the ways I could make my own attitude more positive, which would allow me to pass on that positivity to my colleagues. This should ensure a happier more productive working environment. I felt the trainer was excellently prepared. Course content was highly beneficial. Some aspects I was aware of and use, but also new methods learnt that I will look to practice, ie 6 step method and emotional danger zone. Chris was amazing. He presented in a fun and enticing way, interesting and thorough.

The course content was very detailed, informative and useful for everyday life and working life. Practical solutions to problems, how to organise and use time wisely and also role play for conflict management. This course doesn't just inform you on why you should do these things to be a better manager, but also how, which is so important. I really liked that it was all based on a positive mind set, encouragement and 'How to get the best from yourselves and others'. I think everyone regardless of their role could learn something from this course.

Very interesting and useful tips. A lot of new information that I’m sure it will help me to deal with people not only at work but also in personal life. Loads of ideas and content to practise. The content was very thorough and was just enough for a day course. It covered many areas but still remained focused on key areas of professional development. Marco was an absolute star, so helpful and kept me on track and focussed. I cannot fault the delivery of the presentation at all. Had never seen the tech before, so was really impressed, allowed me to be more engaged. I didn't even look at my mobile phone all day!
