The course was exceptionally useful, full of information that I just would not have associated with these aspects. Has made me really rethink how I need to improve myself and move myself forward, also a little daunting. Also allowing me to help others is a powerful tool. The trainer was very good, interactive, light and not intense, personable. Came across that he really wanted to help and empower the individual.

I thought the course to be beneficial to both myself and the company as a whole. I particularly learned a lot through the Edison success theory. The Trainer, Chris Farmer, explained in detail, clearly and delivered very well using practical examples. Brilliant!

Very informative and helpful. I found the guidance on effective communication (CG4D), conflict (Wrong box, right box) and feedback (Conversation control, Success formula) very beneficial. Section on time management also give me practical ideas to better manage my time (Decision matrix etc). The presenter was clear, engaging and patient, and delivered the content in a very timely manner.

I thought the technology was great! Really interactive and let us see in more detail what the leader was saying. Excellent use of green screen or whatever it was. Really useful and practical, drawing on plenty of real world examples. Provided plenty of guidance for dealing with a range of situations. Useful to hear of examples from other industrial sectors. The course was wide-ranging and very interesting, with many concepts with practical applications both in business and outside work. The trainer was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and able to give different types of examples which made the concepts presented easier to digest.

Really useful range of tools and techniques. A lot of useful stuff packed into two days. Both Chris and Marco delivered the content clearly and effectively. Technology was used to good effect to illustrate the points and make the presentations engaging. The remote training worked very smoothly, with the presenters delivering to camera with good energy, as if in the classroom. Use of tablets to illustrate points was effective.

I found this course very interesting and it touched on every daily activity within my new role as a manager. The trainer was calm and collect and also very knowledgeable throughout. I thought the course was very informative and Chris the instructor was superb! He kept the class engaged and on point the entire course. What I found most beneficial was the systematic approach that were modelled for each topic defined. Also the “mock” scenarios were very helpful in thinking in a “real life” situation, whilst also being able to apply what we were shown and also be able to see it actually work. Leading will bring clear, reasonable and having a positive attitude.

Will take a lot of practical ideas away from the course. Much prefer training when there are practical methods rather than break-out sessions, so found the course was much more suited to my way of learning. The right box/wrong box and prioritisation methods were two areas I will definitely take away and put into practice immediately. The Trainer Chris was great, just the right balance of giving information vs seeking information from the group. Everything was clear and concise.

EVERYTHING on this course was beneficial! It was definitely the course I needed. I was worried that it would be a bit dry, or it would be too high level, but everything was made relevant and interesting. It all flowed really well together. Alison is so insightful and interesting. Both days flew by and I want to make it a business case that everyone in my team has this training. The trainer presentation was upbeat, approachable, energetic, interesting, knowledgeable.
