Excellent overview of concepts with some detailed analysis of key concepts. Such as the ‘goal’ part of SMART. The trainer was knowledgeable and approachable. I particularly liked that it was their own material – constantly improved and not just ‘a trainer’ presenting a training package.

Brilliant course. Very detailed and visual. Key points delivered well and in the right way to be able to remember down the road. Perhaps our industry is a little too reactive for some of it, but there are certainly things that I will use. Very engaging, positive delivery.

Course content was very detailed, clear and covered a wide range of topics, some I have not considered when thinking about supervisor skills. Most beneficial to me were the parts on communication and conflict. I also found myself challenging my own thoughts on time management still, which I thought I was strong on. Some very good tips and ideas. Chris was extremely clear, encouraging and very engaging. He made the course fun and easy to follow.

The course content was mixed and kept me attentive. I appreciated all the examples and stories, much easier to learn from experiences. The trainer was very interactive. I enjoyed working in pairs, definitely helped content sink in.

The course was wide-ranging and very interesting, with many concepts with practical applications both in business and outside work. The trainer was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and able to give different types of examples which made the concepts presented easier to digest.

This training course really helped me structure my thoughts and realise how to implement basic strategies into my work, for the better of my team and me. Also, it has helped me not just with work, but about how to balance my general mindset and how to keep positive. The trainer was really good at keeping everyone engaged and interested, whilst teaching us valuable life tips.

Thoroughly enjoyable and enlightening, I hadn't previously considered the impact of time management in the way the course was written and delivered. I learnt a lot to consider that I hadn't previously. The Trainer was very positive, personable and knowledgeable throughout the day. Very engaging - post lunch slump never came!

Course content was excellent covering some really valuable topics in a good amount of detail with practical tools and methods that will be easy to implement without overloading us with too much information. Virtual presentation was excellent, the trainers were clear and gave a good balance of presenting and allowing discussion/ prompting for answers and input from the delegates. I really like the combination of the power point slides, the PDF workbook, and the digital white board used by both trainers.

I found the course to be packed full of useful, well thought-through, and well-practiced information. I particularly liked the modules on time management and handling difficult conversations. The trainer's methods reinforced his points very successfully. I believe I will retain more from this course than I have from other courses.

EVERYTHING on this course was beneficial! It was definitely the course I needed. I was worried that it would be a bit dry, or it would be too high level, but everything was made relevant and interesting. It all flowed really well together. Alison is so insightful and interesting. The course is very interesting and it covers a new area in communication that is not taught in undergraduate classes. It is beneficial because it deals with understanding the process of communication. It improves skills in written and practical communication processes. Trainer's Presentation is excellent. He has a deep knowledge of the content, and he used the simplest teaching technique to achieve results. I am highly impressed.

I really benefited from annotating the course material, as it helped me stay engaged with the content. The course content was put together really well and flowed from one subject to another nicely. Everything was relevant, and the tools included will help me going forward into senior management. Chris has a lovely approach to the training which makes it enjoyable, and the time flew! He's voice is easy to listen to and clear. If there was something we didn't understand or extra questions we asked, it was never a problem and he either went back over something or extended his answer to the extra question. He was brilliant! The tech was great! easy to follow on screen and it makes it so much nicer in colour! :)

I found the course to be extremely detailed and we were able to cover a lot in a very short space of time without being overwhelmed due to the well structured course. I enjoyed the role plays and learning about all of the different models - very informative! Well structured, easy to follow and very interesting! I found this course very useful and feel I have learnt quite a lot of useful information on how to conduct myself and my staff to improve things. The trainer came across very well and explained the course in a lot of depth and helped me understand things clearly.

Detailed course with a lot of information to impart, which must be difficult to condense. It was divided into easy chunks and was very clear and structured. The course contained some very interesting concepts, of which I can apply immediately to my role and that of my team. A lot of information in the two days so I will definitely review the handbook to ensure I put as much into practice as possible. Chris was extremely engaging and knowledgeable, his style and humour made the delivery interesting with some excellent examples of methods in practice.

An excellent course. This is something all employees should receive BEFORE or IMMEDIATELY AFTER moving to a supervisory/managerial role. Contains lots of useful info, also for general life. The trainer was engaging, maintained interest of the group. Good explanations of the content, in easy to understand terms.

I learnt new techniques on how to handle difficult conversations/situations that gives me a tool how to change the outcomes. I am a positive, self-motivated person in general and the course reminded me that these are great values and gave me directions where to improve. The Trainer Marco, is a role model. He is handling situations how everyone dreams to handle them. He, and the course material, inspired me to keep growing as a manager and an individual.

The course was fast-paced, interesting, interactive, well-structured, and useful. I found the leading suggestions on what to write in the action plan very beneficial. Clear, great use of visual aids, diagrams, drawings, hand gestures, repetition of important statements.

The course was very well run, and the content was very engaging. It was a good balance of content across the two days. I have attended a number of these, and I would/will recommend this. The content was very useful and relevant and included a lot of interactive elements to keep you interested and focused. I like the idea of the summary points and quotes at the back of the manual, that we wrote down each day. Alison delivered the course to perfection. I have never been in a course led by someone so engaging and with such presence, without being domineering or intimidating

The course was a great combination of practical tips and also psychology; the reasons why we do the things we do and what affects our decisions. I thought it would be a little boring, but it totally exceeded my expectations. Really interesting and kept my attention throughout. The trainer was awesome! His background gave me confidence that he knew what he was talking about. He was very direct, clear and concise. When people asked questions, he gave clear definitive answers with no room for misinterpretation.
