I must admit I was somewhat cynical at first "why do I need this, done things like this before." It was soon evident that I was picking up new ideas. Since the course I have been re-reading the notes as I want to retain as much as possible of what I learnt. It is a fact with most courses I never pick up the notes again. But I have every intention of revisiting and embedding the information from this course into my mind. I cannot praise Chris and the course content enough, so many thanks.

The course content was very relevant and well structured. Flowed extremely well from one topic to the next so that you were left with a coherent series of techniques to apply in both the workplace and wider life. The trainer's presentation was very engaging, well informed and inspiring. A friendly and approachable presenter, who was positive about areas people wanted to develop and focus on and did not make them feel uncomfortable for admitting these weaknesses.

This leadership and management course was phenomenal. To understand the basics of "Be clear, Be rational, Be positive" to understand not the ‘But why’ in the past ‘But why’ in the future. Delegate tasks and the emotion is a big factor. Not only does Chris (trainer) have an amazing voice, but he was fantastic. Opened my eyes in understanding the insight to management and went through points in detail with enthusiasm.

I found the content interesting and believe that I can use it to improve myself both personally and professionally, especially conflict management, delegation and time management. The presentation was very good. The Trainer was engaging and the information was in-depth but easy to understand.

The course content has give me a better insight into the way I would like to be perceived as both a colleague and a manager. The trainer, Chris, came highly recommended and I hope to act on everything he has taught me over the coming weeks, months and years. Thank you.

The course content was very good! Easy to follow and concise. Loved the diagrams and the various quotes. Punchy wording that stays with you! Loved the idea of summarising thoughts on back pages. The trainer's presentation was excellent! Fantastic use of humour to explain the concepts that are not easy to convey. Very good 'illustrative' technique. Explains fantastically through use of examples.

I found the course to be very informative giving me a way to structure and deal with situations in the workplace and life. A great work book easy to understand and digest. I found the course to be packed full of useful, well thought-through, and well-practiced information. I particularly liked the modules on time management and handling difficult conversations. The trainer's methods reinforced his points very successfully. I believe I will retain more from this course than I have from other courses.

I found the course to be extremely detailed and we were able to cover a lot in a very short space of time without being overwhelmed due to the well structured course. Course content was excellent covering some really valuable topics in a good amount of detail with practical tools and methods that will be easy to implement without overloading us with too much information. Virtual presentation was excellent, the trainers were clear and gave a good balance of presenting and allowing discussion/ prompting for answers and input from the delegates. I really like the combination of the power point slides, the PDF workbook, and the digital white board used by both trainers.

A great synopsis of do’s and don’ts and toolbox for leadership and professional development, thoughtfully and methodically presented, with validation of learning at each stage. Passionate anecdotal presentation which draws positive enthusiasm from course attendees. Thank you.

This training course really helped me structure my thoughts and realise how to implement basic strategies into my work, for the better of my team and me. Also, it has helped me not just with work, but about how to balance my general mindset and how to keep positive. Training course content was clear, concise and surprisingly unrushed, as two days condensed into one. Useful area on separation of objective and subjective. Also interesting conflict management, wrong box, right box. Good reminder of smart technique. Trainer's presentation kept delegates engaged, off the phone/ laptop, which is rare. Fantastic course content. Learnt an awful lot I had not previously considered. In particular the 'WhatsNext' for prioritisation, such a simple process to prioritise tasks. Both Marco and Chris were fantastic. I was dubious about joining a virtual training course; however, it exceeded my expectations! Both were informative, friendly and could tell both were passionate about the training they provided. I really liked how the technology used to deliver the course was used. I was unsure how this course would work virtually but really enjoyed it and I learnt a lot due to the layout and presentations on Teams.

The models and toolkits are practical takeaways, which I can clearly see how to implement my team going forward. The content was all relevant. Interesting and engaging delivery, personable and made the two days enjoyable. Made me feel relaxed and able to give my feedback and comments within the group.

Course content was very detailed, clear and covered a wide range of topics, some I have not considered when thinking about supervisor skills. Most beneficial to me were the parts on communication and conflict. I also found myself challenging my own thoughts on time management still, which I thought I was strong on.
