The course was professionally presented and well paced, with materials that made the learning easier. The trainer's presentation was excellent! The trainer was professional and knowledgeable about the subject material. Responsive to questions and scenarios and also helpful.

Really enjoyed Right Box, Wrong Box for dealing with conflict, it will prevent me getting emotionally involved. Smart Goals will be beneficial for my Quarterly performance reviews along with remaining factual when dealing with negative behaviours. Good delivery of the course content and open discussions for all formulas – Marco made sure all examples was relevant for the varying students. 10/10

Course content was fantastic! So much valuable and usable information. Best course I've been on in five years. Will revisit monthly until it sticks and is applied. Trainer's presentation: Delivered with energy and belief. Was inspiring. Trained in a way to aid remembering key point eg models. Liked the idea of summary page of key points at the back of book.

The course contained a lot of content with good formulas/diagrams to make it easy to remember. Plenty of examples to help identify with each element. Use of practice and writing notes helped focus the mind and memorise elements. The trainer's presentation was very interactive and thought-provoking. Good sense of humour to keep all delegates interested. Held delegates attention by asking for delegates own comments. Summarised frequently.

A fantastic day of in-depth learning on Time Management, Productivity & Effectiveness. Especially found Continuous Improvement diagram & Time Management Matrix very helpful. Brilliant presentation. Thoroughly engaging and deeply knowledgeable able to talk widely around the subject and explain concepts. 100/100

Excellent overview of concepts with some detailed analysis of key concepts. Such as the ‘goal’ part of SMART. The trainer was knowledgeable and approachable. I particularly liked that it was their own material – constantly improved and not just ‘a trainer’ presenting a training package.

EVERYTHING on this course was beneficial! It was definitely the course I needed. I was worried that it would be a bit dry, or it would be too high level, but everything was made relevant and interesting. It all flowed really well together. Alison is so insightful and interesting. Both days flew by and I want to make it a business case that everyone in my team has this training. The trainer presentation was upbeat, approachable, energetic, interesting, knowledgeable. A thoroughly enjoyable session.

I found the course content relates a lot to a lot of what I felt I already knew, which clearly did not. All aspect where really helpful. Especially having to deal with conflict, which I’ve not had experience in the workplace to date. Chris was Brilliant! Very precise and clear of what he was trying to get across and what is expected of me.

The course was exceptionally useful, full of information that I just would not have associated with these aspects. Has made me really rethink how I need to improve myself and move myself forward, also a little daunting. Also allowing me to help others is a powerful tool. The trainer was very good, interactive, light and not intense, personable. Came across that he really wanted to help and empower the individual.

The professional development and productivity sections of the course were equally insightful. The simple plans and processes are easy to understand and presented very well. I look forward to putting these into practice within my role. Both Chris and Marco delivered the course materiel seamlessly. They obviously have a passion for training and the knowledge and experience they both share was well received and extremely beneficial. The use of the virtual white board was a great addition. Too many training providers rely on their slide content only to drive the course forward, which can in my experience allow the mind to wander. The presentation remained engaging throughout.

I found the course to be informative and I very much enjoyed the day. The number of delegates allowed for a more personal approach which I found helpful. I have taken away some useful tools to handle difficult and confrontational situations, that can be applied not only in the workplace but in life generally. Having access to the post course portal for further support is also a bonus. I found the course tutor, Chris, to be engaging and would definitely consider attending your courses in the future.

I thought the content was very good, with a lot of it relevant to my working environment and in some areas personal. I found the split between the organisational and emotional aspects worked well. I felt the Time Management Matrix, Priority Order Decision Matrix, as well as the future bad/future good in particular, were really useful and engaging. I was very impressed with how the technology worked. The ability to see Chris whilst he was presenting and the interactive drawings were really engaging, particularly compared to the share-screen PowerPoint presentations with someone talking over them that I have experienced in the past.

Course content was great, a lot of in depth information that I can use in the future. Many tools/techniques will be used by myself ie wrong box, right box, decision matrix and time management. Amazing presentation, enthusiastic and energetic, kept people engaged and interested. Overall mark: 100/100

The course content was very relevant and well structured. Flowed extremely well from one topic to the next so that you were left with a coherent series of techniques to apply in both the workplace and wider life. The trainer's presentation was very engaging, well informed and inspiring. A friendly and approachable presenter, who was positive about areas people wanted to develop and focus on and did not make them feel uncomfortable for admitting these weaknesses.

I found the course insightful, with detailed actions on how to implement a positive, effective working environment. There was attention to detail and it was fully explained. I found the course to be extremely detailed and we were able to cover a lot in a very short space of time without being overwhelmed due to the well structured course. Very informative and constructive, carefully planned out presentations. Well timed breaks and a very clear message and objective for each subject. I especially found the time management and planning very beneficial, as well as the SMART and wrong box/right box techniques. This course has not only benefited me as a manager, but also helped me improve as a person. Alison was a very knowledgeable and informative presenter, clearly understanding each members need to be there. An absolute credit to her profession.

Excellent structure and manuals, with great direction and time keeping. The content is gold! There are so many new and simple concepts that I will easily be able to apply. I found the SMART, CG4D and Prioritisation exercises very valuable. I loved the perspective of right box/wrong box. The time management matrix is really wonderful, I am going to share this! The course was informative and made me question leadership skills that I have operated with for years, but made me see a fresh approach to dealing with different scenarios I am faced with. This training course was just what I was looking for. The captions noted at the back of the book throughout the day have been exceptionally helpful. The training day has been enjoyable with lots of interaction. As an introvert this is a huge step in my development. I thought the course was very informative and Chris the instructor was superb! He kept the class engaged and on point the entire course. What I found most beneficial was the systematic approach that were modelled for each topic defined. Also the “mock” scenarios were very helpful in thinking in a “real life” situation, whilst also being able to apply what we were shown and also be able to see it actually work. Leading will bring clear, reasonable and having a positive attitude.
