Thank you for a well planned, full day of thought-provoking exercises. The formulation of individual action plans through the session is valuable and will help make it worthwhile and achievable.

The course content was very interesting; lots covered and all linked together well. Really helpful for a wide range of professional development and good, straight forward tools to use again and teach others. Chris (trainer) was a fantastic presenter, really knowledgeable and experienced. He allowed for tangential conversation were beneficial and made the content relevant to each of us. Good feature of splitting common points out into positive actions “we will / are” statements. Going through diagrams on the flipcharts was a good way to double digest the concepts. 100/100

The course content was very comprehensive and covered everything I wanted to learn about and improve upon. I found the content very interesting and look forward to putting it into practice! Gezz is a very thorough trainer and comes across very clear, whilst keeping the attendees interested throughout the two days.

Excellent structure and manuals, with great direction and time keeping. The content is gold! There are so many new and simple concepts that I will easily be able to apply. I found the SMART, CG4D and Prioritisation exercises very valuable. I loved the perspective of right box/wrong box. The time management matrix is really wonderful, I am going to share this! It was the best of this type of course I’ve attended. I found all elements beneficial, particularly conflict management and the success concept. It was a perfect balance of teaching vs interaction, with a nice touch of humour. I didn’t nod off once, Chris engaged me 100% for the full two days. The content was amazing, I learnt a lot of good advice and information. I especially enjoyed the conflict resolution and emotions parts. It was an absolute pleasure to attend the 2-day Leadership and Management Training Course in London with Chris from The Corporate Coach Group. The course was clearly structured, with a helpful agenda shared at the start of each day, so we knew exactly what to expect. The content was rich — almost too much to digest in one go (in the best possible way!). Day 1 in particular was packed with valuable insights and practical tools. Chris was an excellent trainer, with standout presentation skills. I especially appreciated his use of visuals and physical cues (like hand signs) to reinforce key points — very effective and memorable. I honestly can’t recommend this course highly enough.

This was my first virtual training and I found the set up with the green screen/ virtual whiteboard, very organised and presented. The content included a lot of very interesting topics. I was really pleased to attend the course and being given the tools I need to improve my communication skills, not only for work purposes, but beyond that. Both Chris and Marco did a great job delivering the course. The course delivery was very interactive and interesting throughout the whole day, at times eye-opening. I appreciated all the whiteboard notes, having a photographic memory it really helped me a lot to retain the information.

I found the section on delegation really useful as this was something I struggled with. Personally, finding the right balance between home and work is a big thing for me personally as I’m often all about work. Chris did an excellent job in presenting the course.
