Excellent overview of concepts with some detailed analysis of key concepts. Such as the ‘goal’ part of SMART. The trainer was knowledgeable and approachable. I particularly liked that it was their own material – constantly improved and not just ‘a trainer’ presenting a training package.

Really informative with lots of practical tips, especially around how to communicate better—whether that’s inspiring others or giving feedback. The app and online tools were a great bonus. Chris was super knowledgeable and easy to relate to, and the personal stories really helped bring the ideas to life.

Everything in the course was hugely beneficial, valuable and essential for a person's ability to improve themself, their mindset and how that can be applied into their life outside of work. I wish this was taught in schools, it's extremely essential and life-changing. Fantastic presentation all round, both visibly, interactively and easy to understand and digest, which makes it easier to practice and implement. I loved that there were multiple ways of remembering important points (diagrams, lists, mind maps, pictures) and using our own body to physically absorb and remember the points that were made. Very detailed course content, not too much 'unnecessary' information. The whole course was very interactive and kept me fully engaged. I was not put on the spot or made to feel uncomfortable. The course content I found to be really interesting, with learning various theories into why and how we do as humans what we do. I really found the priority quadrant useful and will be beneficial, also the 8 success Qs. Chris's presentation was really good, and I found it very articulate and easy to understand. 100/100

Some really useful tools and thought-provoking exercises. The training workbook will be great to use for reflection. Great to know about the website and free website tools. The presentation had a good balance of instructive and interactive. Excellent time keeping – clearly very experienced.

This training course was just what I was looking for. The captions noted at the back of the book throughout the day have been exceptionally helpful. The training day has been enjoyable with lots of interaction. As an introvert this is a huge step in my development. Timings were kept, and the trainer was helpful answering various questions during the day.

The course content was excellent. Perfectly structured so that it flowed and made logical sense. I have been on similar courses in the past, but the content and particularly the delivery of this one, was the best I have seen. Very impactful.

Training course content was outstanding! I have never attended a course with so much positive input. I feel reassured that much of my working practice is in line with this training. However it has sharpened my thoughts. The trainer's presentation was very good with very clear communication. Good logic and reason. Providing consistent named principles.

I found the course content to be varied and covered a good range of materials. The mix of tool-kits, activities and contextual material was well-balanced. I enjoyed the trainer's manner and delivery. I thought the content was very good, with a lot of it relevant to my working environment and in some areas personal. I found the split between the organisational and emotional aspects worked well. I felt the Time Management Matrix, Priority Order Decision Matrix, as well as the future bad/future good in particular, were really useful and engaging. I was very impressed with how the technology worked. The ability to see Chris whilst he was presenting and the interactive drawings were really engaging, particularly compared to the share-screen PowerPoint presentations with someone talking over them that I have experienced in the past.

This leadership and management course was phenomenal. To understand the basics of "Be clear, Be rational, Be positive" to understand not the ‘But why’ in the past ‘But why’ in the future. Delegate tasks and the emotion is a big factor. Not only does Chris (trainer) have an amazing voice, but he was fantastic. Opened my eyes in understanding the insight to management and went through points in detail with enthusiasm.

Training course content was far more in depth than I imagined and a change to other courses I have been on, which I would say brushed over things compared to the structured detail of this course. The trainer delivered well with good visual aid demonstrations which stuck in my mind well.

It was a very practical course, providing methods of implantation and the reason for, rather than including a lot of ‘theoretical’ ideas and models that I have been given on previous such courses. I thought the content was great; really inspiring. I learnt a lot about the value of objective vs subjective communication and how I can start to apply more logical thinking/reasoning. Trainer was fantastic, very engaging throughout, good use of whiteboard and despite it being a whole day he managed to hold my attention all the way through. Great session held virtually, with interactive workbook.

Excellent structure and manuals, with great direction and time keeping. The content is gold! There are so many new and simple concepts that I will easily be able to apply. The course contained lots of interesting topics that were all relevant to my job role. All topics were explained in lots of detail, with great strategies to remember them. The trainer's presentation was great, with use of both personal case studies and from the group, ensured we were all engaged. The training media and training manual, made the two days engaging and interactive.

The course content suited me as it pointed out the ways I could make my own attitude more positive, which would allow me to pass on that positivity to my colleagues. This should ensure a happier more productive working environment. I felt the trainer was excellently prepared. It wasn't a 'classroom' situation and humour was incorporated leading to a stress-free, enjoyable course.

Very informative training. Diagrams and plans will be very useful, as will the decision matrix in helping me to keep focused on my goals and maintain a positive mental attitude. The presenter was also extremely engaging, fast-paced but clear, good interaction and would definitely recommend this course to others.

The content made me really think about all the things I can/do that can positively and negatively affect the business as a whole, but also others I work with. The collaborative style made it not seem laborious and it was great to get feedback from others. The Trainer Chris' energy makes it impossible not to want to participate. I have attended a few courses in the past and this one is by far the best. It has got a very well-defined structure and lots of useful information. The most useful content was to do with dealing with people in conflict situations: wrong box / right box and success formula. Very clear presentation and good, relevant examples. Did not drift off the point. Was easy to keep focus on.
