I found the course content relates a lot to a lot of what I felt I already knew, which clearly did not. All aspect where really helpful. Especially having to deal with conflict, which I’ve not had experience in the workplace to date. Chris was Brilliant! Very precise and clear of what he was trying to get across and what is expected of me.

I thought the content was great; really inspiring. I learnt a lot about the value of objective vs subjective communication and how I can start to apply more logical thinking/reasoning. Trainer was fantastic, very engaging throughout, good use of whiteboard and despite it being a whole day he managed to hold my attention all the way through. The content was great and I found many other ways to deal with situations currently happening in my office. I have learnt how to organise my work list in a way that is constructive and productive. To focus on the use of objective language. I found the section on conflict resolution very helpful. The course content was very detailed, informative and useful for everyday life and working life. Practical solutions to problems, how to organise and use time wisely and also role play for conflict management. This course doesn't just inform you on why you should do these things to be a better manager, but also how, which is so important. I really liked that it was all based on a positive mind set, encouragement and 'How to get the best from yourselves and others'. I think everyone regardless of their role could learn something from this course.

The course was wide-ranging and very interesting, with many concepts with practical applications both in business and outside work. The trainer was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and able to give different types of examples which made the concepts presented easier to digest.

Course content was excellent covering some really valuable topics in a good amount of detail with practical tools and methods that will be easy to implement without overloading us with too much information. Virtual presentation was excellent, the trainers were clear and gave a good balance of presenting and allowing discussion/ prompting for answers and input from the delegates. I really like the combination of the power point slides, the PDF workbook, and the digital white board used by both trainers.

The two-day course was very helpful and covered many topics. The trainer linked the modules together very well so they were easy to understand. Time management and human psychology modules were particularly beneficial. Took notes and adopted methods that I will go on to implement in the work place. Chris is a fantastic trainer and delivers his message in an easy to understand manner.
