The course was wide-ranging and very interesting, with many concepts with practical applications both in business and outside work. The trainer was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and able to give different types of examples which made the concepts presented easier to digest.

The course content was excellent with useful, concise management techniques that I have never been tutored in. I will be able to put to use all of the course content. Chris presented the course in a friendly and professional manner, with personal stories. This made the two days very engaging and the atmosphere was very relaxed.

Great content. Really interesting and I found all of it beneficial for use in both the workplace and the outside world. Most useful to be given tools to use for all of the theories to put into practice. Trainer (Chris) engaged with his own material, demonstrated his own use of the knowledge he was imparting, great speed (not too quick), kept interest throughout and made it easy to take on board. I found all of this course beneficial, both personally and professionally. I found the practical tools for work organisation particularly useful; identifying where I loose time; tools to be less overwhelmed; how to manage my time more effectively. The trainer was an excellent communicator, very knowledgeable with relevant examples.

Really enjoyed Right Box, Wrong Box for dealing with conflict, it will prevent me getting emotionally involved. Smart Goals will be beneficial for my Quarterly performance reviews along with remaining factual when dealing with negative behaviours. Good delivery of the course content and open discussions for all formulas – Marco made sure all examples was relevant for the varying students. 10/10

Excellent overview of concepts with some detailed analysis of key concepts. Such as the ‘goal’ part of SMART. The trainer was knowledgeable and approachable. I particularly liked that it was their own material – constantly improved and not just ‘a trainer’ presenting a training package.

The course content was excellent. Perfectly structured so that it flowed and made logical sense. I have been on similar courses in the past, but the content and particularly the delivery of this one, was the best I have seen. Very impactful.

I found the course insightful, with detailed actions on how to implement a positive, effective working environment. There was attention to detail and it was fully explained. Enjoyed the engagement between each section. Not once did I question what was the point of me attending, nor was I bored. Really enjoyed and motivated to do better.

Course content was highly beneficial. Some aspects I was aware of and use, but also new methods learnt that I will look to practice, ie 6 step method and emotional danger zone. Chris was amazing. He presented in a fun and enticing way, interesting and thorough.

I found the two-day course really valuable and has helped me to have a clearer focus. The techniques and tips will make a positive difference. In particular the success formula and wrong box/ right box. Chris, the trainer, was outstanding, very engaging, clear, rational and positive.

The course was very informative. I have experienced similar courses before, like SMART, but this was much more cohesive. Very useful in joining the dots and at least confirming that I have the basics that I can continue to build on. The trainer was very good, a bit quirky in parts, precise and demonstrative.

The course was very helpful and has taught me many ways to improve not only myself, but the team around me. It is very easy to learn from the detailed, yet simple explanations. Chris is an awesome teacher, he is very thorough with his explanations and made the course very relatable.

The Course was really good with lots of lessons and techniques which will help me with my development. The way the techniques were taught meant it was easy to understand and pick up. The notes provided are good for future reference. I have already had to use several of the techniques we learnt which I would not have known how to handle certain situations before I attended the course. Chris was polite, very approachable and informative, he engaged with us and included us as more of an open discussion type of training, which is how I personally learn best. I couldn't have asked for more from the training, I got out of it exactly what I needed.

I thought the content was great; really inspiring. I learnt a lot about the value of objective vs subjective communication and how I can start to apply more logical thinking/reasoning. Trainer was fantastic, very engaging throughout, good use of whiteboard and despite it being a whole day he managed to hold my attention all the way through. Great session held virtually, with interactive workbook.

The course material and additional resources were really helpful. Even though the course was online, it was still really interactive and I now feel I have some great tools to work with. I would recommend this course. Chris was a terrific trainer! His energy was great and I felt motivated to remain engaged throughout. He was knowledgeable and gave helpful explanations and clear answers to questions. It was great to have Chris physically in front of you, engaging and discussing key points while also using the interactive whiteboard to illustrate key points. There was a good balance of slides, interactive whiteboard and discussion.

I found each section extremely useful as they were each well organised, linked together and complimented each other. I feel I have learnt valuable skills for the workplace and my own personal life. Chris (trainer) is fantastic - super engaging, thoughtful with scenarios and responses and overall a very good teacher.

Extensive content that was applicable to both professional and personal development, especially associated with time management, prioritisation and emotional management. The trainer was concise and knowledgeable, conscious of the group and how well information was retained. Would definitely recommend the course.

This course was great! It was amazing to see and process thoughts into frameworks to help understand. Chris was amazing at presenting. He was clear with his delivery and used real-life examples to help illustrate points.

Very good and informative course, with the right amount of time allocated. It provided useful insights and ideas to apply in my job and helped me analyse ways to move forward in various situations. Great presentation, effectively using visuals with flipcharts to facilitate conversations and ideas. It was helpful to have a detailed workbook to take away, as well as to add to during the two days.

The course was exceptionally useful, full of information that I just would not have associated with these aspects. Has made me really rethink how I need to improve myself and move myself forward, also a little daunting. Also allowing me to help others is a powerful tool. The trainer was very good, interactive, light and not intense, personable. Came across that he really wanted to help and empower the individual.

I found the course content to be interesting, engaging and stimulating across both days. I especially enjoyed the references made to philosophy and the application of ancient thinkers such as Aristotle. The trainer is a great public speaker and gives an energetic presentation, displaying a thorough interest in the course content which transcends into the audience.

Fantastic course content. I loved the booklet/ manual; I wish other courses had such comprehensive notes to take away. Brilliant methodologies, tools and frameworks to take away and apply to my work, and home life. Really motivating and inspiring content. The trainer’s presentation: Chris and Gez are both great presenters. In particular Chris had great in-depth knowledge of the content, and had good answers to questions. Also had a really inspirational way of presenting. And was happy for challenging questions.

I found the course to be extremely detailed and we were able to cover a lot in a very short space of time without being overwhelmed due to the well structured course. I enjoyed the role plays and learning about all of the different models - very informative! Well structured, easy to follow and very interesting! I recently completed The Communication Skills training course with Chris and found it extremely valuable. The content was well structured, engaging, and easy to apply to my day-to-day role. Chris was knowledgeable and encouraged participation throughout, which helped bring the topics to life. He also added a bit of humour throughout with the examples which was relatable. I particularly enjoyed the practical exercises and real world examples from other participants too. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to develop their skills in this area.

The course contained lots of interesting topics that were all relevant to my job role. All topics were explained in lots of detail, with great strategies to remember them. The trainer's presentation was great, with use of both personal case studies and from the group, ensured we were all engaged. The training media and training manual, made the two days engaging and interactive.

The course content was eye-opening for me as a relatively new line manager. There were definitely things that I found myself to be guilty of, so I appreciate the lessons.
