Excellent content and each element valuable to my role. This training will be beneficial for both work and home life. The presentation was excellent. Chris new the presentation inside and out with great detail behind each element.

Technology is fantastic, it is like being in the room with them. Great for learning as it is interactive, they are standing in front of the screen they are writing on which I found so helpful. They aren't just reading it out to you, they write and go through everything with you. I found the technology they use is the next best thing to real life face-to-face teaching. Marco and Chris writing on the tablet which comes up on the main screen I found helpful as it made the course more personal and detailed with their own pictures and clearly laid out tables or graphs etc.

This leadership and management course was phenomenal. To understand the basics of "Be clear, Be rational, Be positive" to understand not the ‘But why’ in the past ‘But why’ in the future. Delegate tasks and the emotion is a big factor. Not only does Chris (trainer) have an amazing voice, but he was fantastic. Opened my eyes in understanding the insight to management and went through points in detail with enthusiasm.

The content was amazing, I learnt a lot of good advice and information. I especially enjoyed the conflict resolution and emotions parts. There were a lot of techniques that will be very useful to me in the future. It was clear, straight to the point and very engaging. Marco (facilitator) was absolutely amazing, very well-spoken and engaging. He made sure we all participated and brought our energy levels up when needed. Very professional and clearly enjoys his job. I found the course very useful and relevant. Techniques are really interesting, some of which I used but didn't realise. Lots more will be very useful moving forward. Covering lots in the two days. Great that it is useful for both work and home life. Liked the specific examples that we could relate to. The trainer's presentation was very inspirational, enthusiastic, lots of energy, passionate.

The content of the course was very appropriate, relevant to purpose and identifying key skills. I feel I have learnt a lot of new skills which I will definitely use moving forward. Course content was good. There are several elements I will take away and add to my personal action plan. I particularly like the idea of the task matrix to prioritise on a 'look ahead' weekly basis. The trainer was very professional and helpful and able to engage all attendees who come from varying backgrounds.

The course content was excellent and very detailed. I found the time management section very useful and lots of new methods to help me be better organised. I found the emotions section very interesting and a great way to approach the issues. Chris was an excellent trainer, very clear and worked at a good pace.

The course contained lots of interesting topics that were all relevant to my job role. All topics were explained in lots of detail, with great strategies to remember them. The trainer's presentation was great, with use of both personal case studies and from the group, ensured we were all engaged. The training media and training manual, made the two days engaging and interactive.

It was the best of this type of course I’ve attended. I found all elements beneficial, particularly conflict management and the success concept. It was a perfect balance of teaching vs interaction, with a nice touch of humour. I didn’t nod off once, Chris engaged me 100% for the full two days. I’m looking forward to applying what I’ve learnt and would highly recommend this course.

The course was brilliant. I especially liked the decision-making matrix and the past/future emotions chart. I've learnt a lot about how I work personally and how to try to better myself as a person. The trainer was energetic, to the point, clear and put his ideas across in a memorable way. I didn’t feel bored or disinterested at any point. Thank you Chris!

This training course was just what I was looking for. The captions noted at the back of the book throughout the day have been exceptionally helpful. The training day has been enjoyable with lots of interaction. As an introvert this is a huge step in my development. Timings were kept, and the trainer was helpful answering various questions during the day.

The course was very relevant and practical, but also made me pause and reflect on approaches to life in general and not just working life. It also made me think more about the impact of my behaviour on others. I think that attending this course will make me a better manager. The trainer was an excellent presenter; personable, authoritative, experienced and practical.

The course content contained a number of key tools that I can use with my direct reports and in relation to my own performance. Able to use immediately. I found the course to be packed full of useful, well thought-through, and well-practiced information. I particularly liked the modules on time management and handling difficult conversations. The trainer's methods reinforced his points very successfully. I believe I will retain more from this course than I have from other courses.

I found the course very valuable; it has now given me a framework to work by. From planning to conflict management, I now feel I have the tools to deal with almost any situation that arises within the workplace. I found Marco’s teaching style refreshing compared to the other dry monotone styles of other courses I've attended. The course was very comprehensive. A lot of content covered over two days. Extremely helpful, practical approach that I can relate to my role and put into practice.
