The course was exceptionally useful, full of information that I just would not have associated with these aspects. Has made me really rethink how I need to improve myself and move myself forward, also a little daunting. Also allowing me to help others is a powerful tool. The trainer was very good, interactive, light and not intense, personable. Came across that he really wanted to help and empower the individual.

The course content was very interesting; lots covered and all linked together well. Really helpful for a wide range of professional development and good, straight forward tools to use again and teach others. Trainer's presentation was very clear; good amount of interaction without putting anyone on the spot (which would make attendees feel awkward).

I learnt new techniques on how to handle difficult conversations/situations that gives me a tool how to change the outcomes. I am a positive, self-motivated person in general and the course reminded me that these are great values and gave me directions where to improve. The Trainer Marco, is a role model. He is handling situations how everyone dreams to handle them. He, and the course material, inspired me to keep growing as a manager and an individual.

The course content was quite detailed, but the presentation broke it down so that it wasn't too daunting. Covered a lot of ground in two days. Really informative. The trainer's presentation was excellent. The best training presentation I have ever seen.

Really informative with lots of practical tips, especially around how to communicate better—whether that’s inspiring others or giving feedback. The app and online tools were a great bonus. Chris was super knowledgeable and easy to relate to, and the personal stories really helped bring the ideas to life.

The two-day course was very helpful and covered many topics. The trainer linked the modules together very well so they were easy to understand. Time management and human psychology modules were particularly beneficial. Took notes and adopted methods that I will go on to implement in the work place. Chris is a fantastic trainer and delivers his message in an easy to understand manner.

The course content has give me a better insight into the way I would like to be perceived as both a colleague and a manager. The trainer, Chris, came highly recommended and I hope to act on everything he has taught me over the coming weeks, months and years. Thank you.

The course covered a lot of topics which were well explained, with good examples that kept all of the delegates engaged in the course right to the end. Lots of ideas that need to be applied to my day job. The trainer was able to control the delegates well. Many large and different personalities in the room so not an easy job. The use of the flip chart, projector and laptop was good. Overall a great day.

I found the content interesting and believe that I can use it to improve myself both personally and professionally, especially conflict management, delegation and time management. The presentation was very good. The Trainer was engaging and the information was in-depth but easy to understand.

This was a excellent course and very informative. Will use problem/cause/solution map and decision matrix, as well as taking home with me a more positive mental attitude towards any task. I thought the content was very good, with a lot of it relevant to my working environment and in some areas personal. I found the split between the organisational and emotional aspects worked well. I felt the Time Management Matrix, Priority Order Decision Matrix, as well as the future bad/future good in particular, were really useful and engaging. I was very impressed with how the technology worked. The ability to see Chris whilst he was presenting and the interactive drawings were really engaging, particularly compared to the share-screen PowerPoint presentations with someone talking over them that I have experienced in the past.

Course content was very inspiring. Information provided very useful and completely in line with our business. Grateful for all tips and tricks, I will do my best to apply them in my position. The Trainer (Chris) speaks very clearly, I was able to understand everything (I am French). He spreads very positive energy and shares his knowledge with passion.

The course content suited me as it pointed out the ways I could make my own attitude more positive, which would allow me to pass on that positivity to my colleagues. This should ensure a happier more productive working environment. I felt the trainer was excellently prepared. It wasn't a 'classroom' situation and humour was incorporated leading to a stress-free, enjoyable course.

The course was wide-ranging and very interesting, with many concepts with practical applications both in business and outside work. The trainer was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and able to give different types of examples which made the concepts presented easier to digest.

The course content contained a number of key tools that I can use with my direct reports and in relation to my own performance. Able to use immediately. The course brought out a number of areas, previously learned, back to the surface. The trainer's presentation was clear, direct and great pace. Managed all delegates expectations well. Chris’ teaching was incredibly captivating, insightful and easy to follow. The use of real-world analogy and diagrams made it easy to visualise subject matter I had not seen before. Fantastic course content. Learnt an awful lot I had not previously considered. In particular the 'WhatsNext' for prioritisation, such a simple process to prioritise tasks. Both Marco and Chris were fantastic. I was dubious about joining a virtual training course; however, it exceeded my expectations! Both were informative, friendly and could tell both were passionate about the training they provided. I really liked how the technology used to deliver the course was used. I was unsure how this course would work virtually but really enjoyed it and I learnt a lot due to the layout and presentations on Teams.

The course content was interesting, and I found it very useful and motivating. I have learnt a lot and feel confident about putting this into practise. Chris is a very good trainer, who kept my interest and attention throughout the course. Good use of personal anecdotes brought real life situations into the learning.

I thought the content was great; really inspiring. I learnt a lot about the value of objective vs subjective communication and how I can start to apply more logical thinking/reasoning. Trainer was fantastic, very engaging throughout, good use of whiteboard and despite it being a whole day he managed to hold my attention all the way through. Great session held virtually, with interactive workbook.

I found the material very helpful and it can be used in both personal and work life. I believe that I will use many of the subjects that have been covered in the course. The presentation was clear and delivered the information well. I am glad that I had this course with Chris (trainer) and I will recommend my colleagues do take this course as well.

Will take a lot of practical ideas away from the course. Much prefer training when there are practical methods rather than break-out sessions, so found the course was much more suited to my way of learning. The right box/wrong box and prioritisation methods were two areas I will definitely take away and put into practice immediately. The Trainer Chris was great, just the right balance of giving information vs seeking information from the group. Everything was clear and concise.

I enjoyed the content of the course especially some of the more practical tools like the wrong box / right box and prioritisation techniques. I still need to process all the information that’s been shared over the 2 days. Presentation and delivery was fantastic! 100/100. Marco made the course engaging, fun and actionable. I appreciate that he tailored many parts of the course to fit in with each attendee’s situation. I can see there is lots of presentation experience and commitment to deliver the course in the most efficient way possible.

I must admit I was somewhat cynical at first "why do I need this, done things like this before." It was soon evident that I was picking up new ideas. Since the course I have been re-reading the notes as I want to retain as much as possible of what I learnt. It is a fact with most courses I never pick up the notes again. But I have every intention of revisiting and embedding the information from this course into my mind. I cannot praise Chris and the course content enough, so many thanks.

I really enjoyed the course, so many different modules covered that I will find useful in my professional life. Great content, the modules on communication and conflict in particular were insightful and structured. Chris, the trainer, was approachable, clear and concise. I would highly recommend him as a trainer. He was committed to making sure we received the full training. Easy to understand and knowledgeable.

The content was broad and covered a great deal of ground. However there was always time to ask questions and gain further clarity. I've enjoyed every minute! Enthusiastic and dynamic style. Extremely personable and very encouraging. Fabulous!

I found this conflict course really useful, particularly highlighting the importance of using objective language when in conflict situations and the model 'six steps' for managing complaints as this is something that presents as a manager. I also found the 'wrong box, right box' method useful, removing the emotion. The presentation was really well prepared, the manual is particularly useful as I can use this to refer back too.

The course was very motivating, with the right level of content, delivered in digestible sections. Conflict management - wrong box/right box, this has never been covered in much detail in other internal courses. Trainer was smart and professional, knowledgeable, experienced and friendly.

This was an excellent practical course. It was a 'Breath of fresh air' to attend a training session that gives you useful tools rather than psychological 'fluff'. The trainer's presentation was very good. Managed to keep the audience interested at all times. Time flew by.

The course was very considered and raised points that will be very useful in future negotiations. There were elements that had not occurred to me which was what I was hoping for from today. The trainer was great. He was clear in his presentation and was also a good listener. The flow was good and the day went very quickly.
