The course content was excellent, in particular the conflict management, time management and mindfulness sections. The techniques taught in the course will be of generic great value both in work and personal life. Chris is an excellent presenter, putting a group originally very socially awkward and nervous at ease. Very friendly and puts a positive spin on answers even to difficult questions.​

The course was exceptionally useful, full of information that I just would not have associated with these aspects. The course covered a lot of topics which were well explained, with good examples that kept all of the delegates engaged in the course right to the end. Lots of ideas that need to be applied to my day job. The trainer was able to control the delegates well. Many large and different personalities in the room so not an easy job. The use of the flip chart, projector and laptop was good. Overall a great day.

The course was extremely helpful, I really enjoyed the whole content. I found particularly helpful and will implement in my day to day work: Conflict management – rational objective language; 8 Part SMART questions; Time management matrix. Chris’ presentation was very informative, polite and friendly; very knowledgeable. Chris did not lose momentum or seem to lag, or become tired during the two days.

The course was fast-paced, interesting, interactive, well-structured, and useful. I found the leading suggestions on what to write in the action plan very beneficial. Clear, great use of visual aids, diagrams, drawings, hand gestures, repetition of important statements.

The course material and additional resources were really helpful. Even though the course was online, it was still really interactive and I now feel I have some great tools to work with. I would recommend this course. Chris was a terrific trainer! His energy was great and I felt motivated to remain engaged throughout. He was knowledgeable and gave helpful explanations and clear answers to questions. It was great to have Chris physically in front of you, engaging and discussing key points while also using the interactive whiteboard to illustrate key points. There was a good balance of slides, interactive whiteboard and discussion.

I found each section extremely useful as they were each well organised, linked together and complimented each other. I feel I have learnt valuable skills for the workplace and my own personal life. Chris (trainer) is fantastic - super engaging, thoughtful with scenarios and responses and overall a very good teacher.

The course content was very good! Easy to follow and concise. Loved the diagrams and the various quotes. Punchy wording that stays with you! Loved the idea of summarising thoughts on back pages. The trainer's presentation was excellent! Fantastic use of humour to explain the concepts that are not easy to convey. Very good 'illustrative' technique. The course was very well presented and gave many ways/plans to improve. It also enabled me to think and plan regarding certain scenarios to get to the right result. Excellent overview of concepts with some detailed analysis of key concepts. Such as the ‘goal’ part of SMART. The trainer was knowledgeable and approachable. I particularly liked that it was their own material – constantly improved and not just ‘a trainer’ presenting a training package.

The course was packed with tips that will really be applicable in my current role and hopefully be doing so I will be able to excel in it. The course was simple to follow and gave me an abundance of information on leadership skills. Chris was very clear and fluent throughout the course, and explained how to apply each piece of knowledge very well. He ensured that the sessions were interactive and therefore easy to remain focused throughout.

Refreshing course; learnt a lot of useful concepts regarding how to communication better, how to organise, manage and prioritise. Learnt new key management concepts. The trainer was very helpful, gave me a lot of confidence regarding many day to day activities; how to organize things and make myself a better professional.

I learnt new techniques on how to handle difficult conversations/situations that gives me a tool how to change the outcomes. I am a positive, self-motivated person in general and the course reminded me that these are great values and gave me directions where to improve. The Trainer Marco, is a role model. He is handling situations how everyone dreams to handle them. He, and the course material, inspired me to keep growing as a manager and an individual.

I found the content interesting and believe that I can use it to improve myself both personally and professionally, especially conflict management, delegation and time management. The presentation was very good. The Trainer was engaging and the information was in-depth but easy to understand.

The content of the course was very good with lots of thought-provoking topics, eg use of words, dealing with conflict, planning and prioritising. There was lots of material to cover but the trainer covered it at a good speed with lots of small sessions of thinking time. Writing our own action plan was a great idea as much more likely to focus on what is important to us.

Some really useful tools and thought-provoking exercises. The training workbook will be great to use for reflection. Great to know about the website and free website tools. The presentation had a good balance of instructive and interactive. Excellent time keeping – clearly very experienced.

I found this conflict course really useful, particularly highlighting the importance of using objective language when in conflict situations and the model 'six steps' for managing complaints as this is something that presents as a manager. I also found the 'wrong box, right box' method useful, removing the emotion. The presentation was really well prepared, the manual is particularly useful as I can use this to refer back too.

The course was brilliant. I especially liked the decision-making matrix and the past/future emotions chart. I've learnt a lot about how I work personally and how to try to better myself as a person. The trainer was energetic, to the point, clear and put his ideas across in a memorable way. I didn’t feel bored or disinterested at any point. Thank you Chris!

I feel really positive. The course was extremely comprehensive and very interactive. It's a rare course where I would be happy to keep going at the end of the day. Lots of good, practical tools to use. Will look forward to applying it. Manual is good, well-structured and clear to follow. I enjoyed the content of the course especially some of the more practical tools like the wrong box / right box and prioritisation techniques. The content made me really think about all the things I can/do that can positively and negatively affect the business as a whole, but also others I work with. The collaborative style made it not seem laborious and it was great to get feedback from others. The Trainer Chris' energy makes it impossible not to want to participate. He incorporates the group very well and encouraging people to move around is a great idea.

The course contained some very interesting concepts, of which I can apply immediately to my role and that of my team. A lot of information in the two days so I will definitely review the handbook to ensure I put as much into practice as possible. Chris was extremely engaging and knowledgeable, his style and humour made the delivery interesting with some excellent examples of methods in practice.

I must admit I was somewhat cynical at first "why do I need this, done things like this before." It was soon evident that I was picking up new ideas. Since the course I have been re-reading the notes as I want to retain as much as possible of what I learnt. It is a fact with most courses I never pick up the notes again. But I have every intention of revisiting and embedding the information from this course into my mind. I cannot praise Chris and the course content enough, so many thanks.

I found all aspects of the two-day course beneficial, particularly the 'Right Box / Wrong Box' method for dealing with conflict. The content was extremely useful and will be something I can apply in both my work and personal life moving forward.
