I found the course very helpful and beneficial for the future, especially the parts communication, conflict, positive emotions. I would perceive this course as beneficial for other colleagues as well. The trainer's presentation was very engaging and motivating, high level of professionalism. Allows questions and provides immediate answers.

I really enjoyed this course. The trainer was fantastic, very positive energy and extremely engaging and knowledgeable. The printed training book had good visuals and wording, it was easy to understand. The course covered all the relevant topics, nothing was unnecessary. I learned a lot over the two days and have already been able to put some of those skills into practice. I did come away feeling more confident.

The course content was quite detailed, but the presentation broke it down so that it wasn't too daunting. Covered a lot of ground in two days. Really informative. The trainer's presentation was excellent. The best training presentation I have ever seen.

The content of the course was very good with lots of thought-provoking topics, eg use of words, dealing with conflict, planning and prioritising. There was lots of material to cover but the trainer covered it at a good speed with lots of small sessions of thinking time. Writing our own action plan was a great idea as much more likely to focus on what is important to us.

The course content I found to be really interesting, with learning various theories into why and how we do as humans what we do. I really found the priority quadrant useful and will be beneficial, also the 8 success Qs. Chris's presentation was really good, and I found it very articulate and easy to understand. 100/100

The course was a great combination of practical tips and also psychology; the reasons why we do the things we do and what affects our decisions. I thought it would be a little boring, but it totally exceeded my expectations. Really interesting and kept my attention throughout. The trainer was awesome! His background gave me confidence that he knew what he was talking about. He was very direct, clear and concise. When people asked questions, he gave clear definitive answers with no room for misinterpretation.

Really enjoyed Right Box, Wrong Box for dealing with conflict, it will prevent me getting emotionally involved. Smart Goals will be beneficial for my Quarterly performance reviews along with remaining factual when dealing with negative behaviours. Good delivery of the course content and open discussions for all formulas – Marco made sure all examples was relevant for the varying students. 10/10

It has been great to discuss and learn about our behaviour patterns, the way to deal with both positive and negative aspects of dealing with colleagues and be able to use a system for all aspects of our roll that will enhance our ability to perform better. The training presentation was excellent, engaging and informative.

The content was very useful and relevant and included a lot of interactive elements to keep you interested and focused. I like the idea of the summary points and quotes at the back of the manual, that we wrote down each day. Alison delivered the course to perfection. I have never been in a course led by someone so engaging and with such presence, without being domineering or intimidating

I found all the content useful, educational and thought provoking. There are several areas that I will use in my day-to-day such as ‘wrong box, right box’, better time management and how to empower others by being positive or reframing a situation. Chris (trainer) was energetic, engaging and knowledgeable. I have attended many bad training sessions over the years, this was not one of them!

Excellent course, easily the best training I have ever received. Gave practical tools for dealing with a number of management requirements. The trainer was consistent and easy to follow.

The course contained lots of interesting topics that were all relevant to my job role. All topics were explained in lots of detail, with great strategies to remember them. The trainer's presentation was great, with use of both personal case studies and from the group, ensured we were all engaged. The training media and training manual, made the two days engaging and interactive.

I found the course content relates a lot to a lot of what I felt I already knew, which clearly did not. All aspect where really helpful. Especially having to deal with conflict, which I’ve not had experience in the workplace to date. Chris was Brilliant! Very precise and clear of what he was trying to get across and what is expected of me.

I found all the course content very useful, even the topics I didn't think I needed training on. The most beneficial topics were decision making, managing emotions, conflicts and communication. The trainer was very engaging, using a lot of great examples. There was not a boring moment in the two days I attended. Really clear and engaging content, in a really good flow. Lots of discussion that felt natural and relevant and inclusive. Not too overwhelming which I often find with training. I found the course to be packed full of useful, well thought-through, and well-practiced information. I particularly liked the modules on time management and handling difficult conversations. I found this course beneficial to know how to successfully conduct an investigation into issues. The tools will enable me to find the correct, factual information. The trainer's presentation was very good, light-hearted and easy to understand. He gave a good insight and tools to assist in investigating.

I learnt new techniques on how to handle difficult conversations/situations that gives me a tool how to change the outcomes. I am a positive, self-motivated person in general and the course reminded me that these are great values and gave me directions where to improve. The Trainer Marco, is a role model. He is handling situations how everyone dreams to handle them. He, and the course material, inspired me to keep growing as a manager and an individual.

Course content was good. There are several elements I will take away and add to my personal action plan. I particularly like the idea of the task matrix to prioritise on a 'look ahead' weekly basis. The trainer was very professional and helpful and able to engage all attendees who come from varying backgrounds.

Training course content was far more in depth than I imagined and a change to other courses I have been on, which I would say brushed over things compared to the structured detail of this course. The trainer delivered well with good visual aid demonstrations which stuck in my mind well.
