The Professional Development open training course costs only £900 +VAT per delegate.
For this price we provide:
- Two full days of quality training
- Total of 12 CPD training hours (9am - 4.30pm), plus an additional 2-3 via post-course online independent learning
- Cooked lunch, coffee, tea and cakes
- Full digital interactive course notes
- Training certificate
- Access to additional free training material after the course
- 3 months free telephone coaching: Whilst you are implementing what you have learned, if you need to, you can contact us for support and guidance
Open Course Timings
The training timings are as follows.
- 0900 Start
- 1100 Tea break, fifteen minutes.
- 1300 Lunch, thirty minutes.
- 1500 Tea Break, fifteen minutes.
- 1630 Finish
If you arrive earlier than 0900, there is coffee / tea waiting for you.
Training course content was both informative and interesting and will help me immensely in my new managerial role. I especially found day two helpful and the training with regards to dealing with addressing conflict and emotions. Trainer's presentation was was excellent, clear and precise. It's good to have a good sense of humour as well as the knowledge to keep everyone's attention.

It has been designed to provide a similar experience to our open courses, however we can tailor the content to fit your specific needs. In-House Group training costs from just £2,150 +VAT per day (international training price varies). Plus, hotel accommodation for trainer if necessary. (Premier Inn type: not the Hilton!)
