  • This training course was just what I was looking for. The captions noted at the back of the book throughout the day have been exceptionally helpful. The training day has been enjoyable with lots of interaction. As an introvert this is a huge step in my development. Timings were kept, and the trainer was helpful answering various questions during the day.

  • The course contained a good balance between theory and practical exercises. Content could be applied to all of us in the group, despite differences in working backgrounds. I found the conflict management and use of language sections of the course particularly useful. The trainer's presentation was excellent. I'll certainly take away points that I'll implement in work.

  • Course content was excellent covering some really valuable topics in a good amount of detail with practical tools and methods that will be easy to implement without overloading us with too much information.
