  • Really beneficial quick and simple methods to keep conflict-based conversations on tack. Helpful when trying to keep things factual and not getting emotional. Easy to remember.

  • The course content was good and varied. Practical time management skills, together with identifying and managing the emotional roadblocks that can inhibit good time management and productivity. The trainer's presentation was engaging, well paced and enjoyable.

  • Fantastic course content. Learnt an awful lot I had not previously considered. In particular the 'WhatsNext' for prioritisation, such a simple process to prioritise tasks. Both Marco and Chris were fantastic. I was dubious about joining a virtual training course; however, it exceeded my expectations! Both were informative, friendly and could tell both were passionate about the training they provided. I really liked how the technology used to deliver the course was used. I was unsure how this course would work virtually but really enjoyed it and I learnt a lot due to the layout and presentations on Teams.

  • Very interesting when you know! I need to try and use these concepts now. The wrong box/right box presentation, hand gestures, etc were perfect. The Trainer was very informative with excellent communication, so was easy to digest information.

I felt the Time Management Matrix, Priority Order Decision Matrix, as well as the future bad/future good in particular, were really useful and engaging. I was very impressed with how the technology worked. The ability to see Chris whilst he was presenting and the interactive drawings were really engaging, particularly compared to the share-screen PowerPoint presentations with someone talking over them that I have experienced in the past.
