The trainer's presentation was particularly good in that Chris used his own experiences to relate the subject matter. This helped me apply the logic in a 'real life' situation.

I also found the time management matrix useful and will use to manage priority of work and minimise distractions to be more productive. The presentation was very informative and useful and presented in a very good way.
