I found the course to be informative and I very much enjoyed the day. The number of delegates allowed for a more personal approach which I found helpful. I have taken away some useful tools to handle difficult and confrontational situations, that can be applied not only in the workplace but in life generally. Having access to the post course portal for further support is also a bonus. I found the course tutor, Chris, to be engaging and would definitely consider attending your courses in the future.

Inspiring and incredibly useful course content delivered with a passion & knowledge of all content areas and is useful particularly use of language and emotional intelligence. I will pledge to use my learning as I do my forward. The presentation was clear, well planned and purposeful!

I feel really positive. The course was extremely comprehensive and very interactive. It's a rare course where I would be happy to keep going at the end of the day. Lots of good, practical tools to use. Will look forward to applying it. Manual is good, well-structured and clear to follow. The trainer was highly engaging, motivating, knowledgeable and encouraging. Kept to time well, open to questions and challenge. Really enjoyed the two days.

The course content was excellent and very detailed. I found the time management section very useful and lots of new methods to help me be better organised. I found the emotions section very interesting and a great way to approach the issues. Chris was an excellent trainer, very clear and worked at a good pace.

Excellent content with summaries of all important points. SMART targets and 8 Success formula questions were most beneficial. The presentation had a good balance between light-heartedness and importance. Take home messages were well reinforced.

I found this course beneficial to know how to successfully conduct an investigation into issues. The tools will enable me to find the correct, factual information. The trainer's presentation was very good, light-hearted and easy to understand. He gave a good insight and tools to assist in investigating.

The course content was very good! Easy to follow and concise. Loved the diagrams and the various quotes. Punchy wording that stays with you! Loved the idea of summarising thoughts on back pages. Thoroughly enjoyable and enlightening, I hadn't previously considered the impact of time management in the way the course was written and delivered. I learnt a lot to consider that I hadn't previously. The Trainer was very positive, personable and knowledgeable throughout the day. Very engaging - post lunch slump never came!

This leadership and management course was phenomenal. To understand the basics of "Be clear, Be rational, Be positive" to understand not the ‘But why’ in the past ‘But why’ in the future. Delegate tasks and the emotion is a big factor. Not only does Chris (trainer) have an amazing voice, but he was fantastic. Opened my eyes in understanding the insight to management and went through points in detail with enthusiasm.

I really benefited from annotating the course material, as it helped me stay engaged with the content. The tools and techniques provided were incredibly helpful, and I plan to implement and develop them further in my work over time. The course is very interesting and it covers a new area in communication that is not taught in undergraduate classes. It is beneficial because it deals with understanding the process of communication. It improves skills in written and practical communication processes. Trainer's Presentation is excellent. Course content was highly beneficial. Some aspects I was aware of and use, but also new methods learnt that I will look to practice, ie 6 step method and emotional danger zone. Chris was amazing. He presented in a fun and enticing way, interesting and thorough.

Excellent training course. I feel very secure (and excited) to start using certain models in my practice, including the priority decision matrix and the wrong box/right box method. The trainer was equally excellent. By using 'real life' examples he helped me contextualise the models. As well as giving me the confidence to start better prioritising my work and others in my team.

The course was particularly beneficial on how to use my time more productively with the decision matrix; how to get the best out of others and how to better manage my emotions, so they don't interfere with work. The trainer was great, with enthusiastic presentations with great personal examples. Very engaging and made me feel very comfortable. I had a wonderful experience with such a learning oriented course. I found the course very valuable; it has now given me a framework to work by. From planning to conflict management, I now feel I have the tools to deal with almost any situation that arises within the workplace. I found Marco’s teaching style refreshing compared to the other dry monotone styles of other courses I've attended. Refreshing course; learnt a lot of useful concepts regarding how to communication better, how to organise, manage and prioritise. Learnt new key management concepts. The trainer was very helpful, gave me a lot of confidence regarding many day to day activities; how to organize things and make myself a better professional.

Technology is fantastic, it is like being in the room with them. Great for learning as it is interactive, they are standing in front of the screen they are writing on which I found so helpful. They aren't just reading it out to you, they write and go through everything with you. I found the technology they use is the next best thing to real life face-to-face teaching. Marco and Chris writing on the tablet which comes up on the main screen I found helpful as it made the course more personal and detailed with their own pictures and clearly laid out tables or graphs etc.

A very interesting course and full content. The course covered a lot of topics I didn't expect - in a good way! The mix between the training course and the exercises in groups was well balanced and gives time to discuss with other delegates and exchange ideas. The trainer Marco is extremely professional. The course content suited me as it pointed out the ways I could make my own attitude more positive, which would allow me to pass on that positivity to my colleagues. This should ensure a happier more productive working environment. I felt the trainer was excellently prepared.
