Some really useful tools and thought-provoking exercises. The training workbook will be great to use for reflection. Great to know about the website and free website tools. The presentation had a good balance of instructive and interactive. Excellent time keeping – clearly very experienced.

I found all the content useful, educational and thought provoking. There are several areas that I will use in my day-to-day such as ‘wrong box, right box’, better time management and how to empower others by being positive or reframing a situation. Chris (trainer) was energetic, engaging and knowledgeable. I have attended many bad training sessions over the years, this was not one of them!

The course content was excellent. An enjoyable course, very thought-provoking and informative. Lots of information compacted into a short time, with good notes to refer back to. It was the best of this type of course I’ve attended. I found all elements beneficial, particularly conflict management and the success concept. It was a perfect balance of teaching vs interaction, with a nice touch of humour. I didn’t nod off once, Chris engaged me 100% for the full two days. I’m looking forward to applying what I’ve learnt and would highly recommend this course.

Excellent content. Gave great practical advice and tools to deal with many of the issues faced on a daily basis. In particular the tool to allow quick prioritisation, by value. Chris was an excellent trainer, very good communicator and easy to follow.

Training course content was far more in depth than I imagined and a change to other courses I have been on, which I would say brushed over things compared to the structured detail of this course. The trainer delivered well with good visual aid demonstrations which stuck in my mind well.

I really enjoyed this course. The trainer was fantastic, very positive energy and extremely engaging and knowledgeable. The printed training book had good visuals and wording, it was easy to understand. The course covered all the relevant topics, nothing was unnecessary. I learned a lot over the two days and have already been able to put some of those skills into practice. I did come away feeling more confident.

Really useful range of tools and techniques. A lot of useful stuff packed into two days. Both Chris and Marco delivered the content clearly and effectively. Technology was used to good effect to illustrate the points and make the presentations engaging. The remote training worked very smoothly, with the presenters delivering to camera with good energy, as if in the classroom. Use of tablets to illustrate points was effective.

I found this course useful in summarising key elements of leadership and management qualities, together with using real life situations to demonstrate how to implement those elements. The structure formulae to set goals, deal with problems, create success were also beneficial. The trainer was clear, friendly, succinct and informative.

Excellent content, covered many issues I have come across in my new role. I feel more confident on how to deal with conflict and prioritising workload. The course content was excellent, in particular the conflict management, time management and mindfulness sections. The techniques taught in the course will be of generic great value both in work and personal life. Chris is an excellent presenter, putting a group originally very socially awkward and nervous at ease. Very friendly and puts a positive spin on answers even to difficult questions.​

On this course, I particularly liked the way principals were broken down in explanation and then built back up to give a better understanding. The section on conflict was extremely interesting, mainly to do with the language used. The trainer was very clear and precise.

Very helpful concepts, extremely well organized and practical for our personal and work life. Exercises are very hands-on and helped grasp the material better while reflecting on real life examples. The course was packed with tips that will really be applicable in my current role and hopefully be doing so I will be able to excel in it. The course was simple to follow and gave me an abundance of information on leadership skills. Chris was very clear and fluent throughout the course, and explained how to apply each piece of knowledge very well. I thought the technology was great! Really interactive and let us see in more detail what the leader was saying. Excellent use of green screen or whatever it was. Really informative, very thorough and gave enough chance to take notes. Good separation of content into understandable and logical areas. Training course content was outstanding! I have never attended a course with so much positive input. I feel reassured that much of my working practice is in line with this training. Thoroughly enjoyable and enlightening, I hadn't previously considered the impact of time management in the way the course was written and delivered. I found the course content relates a lot to a lot of what I felt I already knew, which clearly did not. All aspect where really helpful. Especially having to deal with conflict, which I’ve not had experience in the workplace to date. Chris was Brilliant! I thought the course to be beneficial to both myself and the company as a whole. I particularly learned a lot through the Edison success theory. The Trainer, Chris Farmer, explained in detail, clearly and delivered very well using practical examples. Brilliant!

The course was very informative. I have experienced similar courses before, like SMART, but this was much more cohesive. Very useful in joining the dots and at least confirming that I have the basics that I can continue to build on. The trainer was very good, a bit quirky in parts, precise and demonstrative.
