Excellent structure and manuals, with great direction and time keeping. The content is gold! There are so many new and simple concepts that I will easily be able to apply. I found the SMART, CG4D and Prioritisation exercises very valuable. I loved the perspective of right box/wrong box. The time management matrix is really wonderful, I am going to share this! The trainer was approachable and empathetic, offering a very efficiently run course. He shares depth and breadth of knowledge through engaging storytelling, weaving in history and philosophy. His dedication to making a difference in people's lives if really evident.

Everything in the course was hugely beneficial, valuable and essential for a person's ability to improve themself, their mindset and how that can be applied into their life outside of work. I wish this was taught in schools, it's extremely essential and life-changing. Fantastic presentation all round, both visibly, interactively and easy to understand and digest, which makes it easier to practice and implement. I loved that there were multiple ways of remembering important points (diagrams, lists, mind maps, pictures) and using our own body to physically absorb and remember the points that were made. Thank you so much Chris, I know this will literally change my life for the better!

The course content contained a number of key tools that I can use with my direct reports and in relation to my own performance. Able to use immediately. The course brought out a number of areas, previously learned, back to the surface. The trainer's presentation was clear, direct and great pace. Managed all delegates expectations well. Refreshing course; learnt a lot of useful concepts regarding how to communication better, how to organise, manage and prioritise. Learnt new key management concepts. The trainer was very helpful, gave me a lot of confidence regarding many day to day activities; how to organize things and make myself a better professional.

Course content was highly beneficial. Some aspects I was aware of and use, but also new methods learnt that I will look to practice, ie 6 step method and emotional danger zone. Chris was amazing. He presented in a fun and enticing way, interesting and thorough.

The course contained some very interesting concepts, of which I can apply immediately to my role and that of my team. A lot of information in the two days so I will definitely review the handbook to ensure I put as much into practice as possible. Chris was extremely engaging and knowledgeable, his style and humour made the delivery interesting with some excellent examples of methods in practice.

Very informative and helpful. I found the guidance on effective communication (CG4D), conflict (Wrong box, right box) and feedback (Conversation control, Success formula) very beneficial. Section on time management also give me practical ideas to better manage my time (Decision matrix etc). The presenter was clear, engaging and patient, and delivered the content in a very timely manner.

The models and toolkits are practical takeaways, which I can clearly see how to implement my team going forward. The content was all relevant. The course content was excellent and gave techniques to use that will certainly be beneficial to me in my future work. It also gave me a more positive outlook to the current work that I have. Course content was excellent covering some really valuable topics in a good amount of detail with practical tools and methods that will be easy to implement without overloading us with too much information. Virtual presentation was excellent, the trainers were clear and gave a good balance of presenting and allowing discussion/ prompting for answers and input from the delegates. I really like the combination of the power point slides, the PDF workbook, and the digital white board used by both trainers.

Every single element of this course was incredibly beneficial! A lot of information and tools I have been looking to harness for years, all put in one session, GREAT! Will take a lot of practical ideas away from the course. Much prefer training when there are practical methods rather than break-out sessions, so found the course was much more suited to my way of learning. The right box/wrong box and prioritisation methods were two areas I will definitely take away and put into practice immediately. The course was a great combination of practical tips and also psychology; the reasons why we do the things we do and what affects our decisions. I thought it would be a little boring, but it totally exceeded my expectations. Really interesting and kept my attention throughout. The trainer was awesome! The course was very considered and raised points that will be very useful in future negotiations. There were elements that had not occurred to me which was what I was hoping for from today. The trainer was great. He was clear in his presentation and was also a good listener. The flow was good and the day went very quickly.

I must admit I was somewhat cynical at first "why do I need this, done things like this before." It was soon evident that I was picking up new ideas. Since the course I have been re-reading the notes as I want to retain as much as possible of what I learnt. It is a fact with most courses I never pick up the notes again. But I have every intention of revisiting and embedding the information from this course into my mind. I cannot praise Chris and the course content enough, so many thanks.
