The course was very well presented and gave many ways/plans to improve. It also enabled me to think and plan regarding certain scenarios to get to the right result. Marco (trainer) was very knowledgeable and delivered an excellent course. He definitely knows how to deliver this and makes the subject very enjoyable.

The course is very interesting and it covers a new area in communication that is not taught in undergraduate classes. It is beneficial because it deals with understanding the process of communication. It improves skills in written and practical communication processes. Trainer's Presentation is excellent. He has a deep knowledge of the content, and he used the simplest teaching technique to achieve results. I am highly impressed.

The course material was very engaging and delivery was excellent. It was a very beneficial course throughout the two days. I found the conflict section particularly helpful but feel there is something from every section that I can put into practice. The course was informative and made me question leadership skills that I have operated with for years, but made me see a fresh approach to dealing with different scenarios I am faced with. The trainer's presentation was fantastic. He kept the group involved and made everything very clear as the presentation went on. Very knowledgeable.

The course content was outstanding. Each topic was presented in a logical sequence, building effectively on the previous one. I encountered some impressive models that were entirely new to me, as well as some familiar ones that were presented with fresh perspectives, prompting deeper reflection. The presentation was excellent, with everything clearly visible and easy to grasp. The presenter's skills were exceptional—important information was effectively reiterated, connections were made seamlessly, and the use of hand gestures and clear speech enhanced the delivery. This is the best course I have attended. I had never seen a green screen used in a training course before, and it was truly impressive. It immediately caught my attention as a unique approach. Watching the board being written on in real-time was nothing short of genius.

I have taken a lot of helpful stuff from this training and it will benefit me to become better with dealing with others at work. The presentation was great. One of the best training courses I have been on. Fantastic trainers.

Really useful range of tools and techniques. A lot of useful stuff packed into two days. Both Chris and Marco delivered the content clearly and effectively. Technology was used to good effect to illustrate the points and make the presentations engaging. The remote training worked very smoothly, with the presenters delivering to camera with good energy, as if in the classroom. Use of tablets to illustrate points was effective.

Training course content was clear, concise and surprisingly unrushed, as two days condensed into one. Useful area on separation of objective and subjective. Also interesting conflict management, wrong box, right box. Good reminder of smart technique. Trainer's presentation kept delegates engaged, off the phone/ laptop, which is rare. Interesting delivery of what could be a heavy area.

EVERYTHING on this course was beneficial! It was definitely the course I needed. I was worried that it would be a bit dry, or it would be too high level, but everything was made relevant and interesting. It all flowed really well together. Alison is so insightful and interesting. Both days flew by and I want to make it a business case that everyone in my team has this training. The trainer presentation was upbeat, approachable, energetic, interesting, knowledgeable. A thoroughly enjoyable session.

Hugely valuable, I have gained insights and tools to equip myself to hopefully aid in becoming a better leader. I feel I need to read more course content soon to imbed my understanding. The course content was quite detailed, but the presentation broke it down so that it wasn't too daunting. Covered a lot of ground in two days. Really informative. The trainer's presentation was excellent. The best training presentation I have ever seen.

I found day 2 very beneficial and will be recommending for other staff. Day 1 equally beneficial for myself. The trainer presentation was clear, concise, professional and well delivered. Great content. Really interesting and I found all of it beneficial for use in both the workplace and the outside world. The course was very relevant and practical, but also made me pause and reflect on approaches to life in general and not just working life. It also made me think more about the impact of my behaviour on others. I think that attending this course will make me a better manager. I have attended a few courses in the past and this one is by far the best. It has got a very well-defined structure and lots of useful information. The most useful content was to do with dealing with people in conflict situations: wrong box / right box and success formula. Very clear presentation and good, relevant examples. Did not drift off the point. Was easy to keep focus on.

I found the course to be packed full of useful, well thought-through, and well-practiced information. I particularly liked the modules on time management and handling difficult conversations. The trainer's methods reinforced his points very successfully. I believe I will retain more from this course than I have from other courses.

Really enjoyed Right Box, Wrong Box for dealing with conflict, it will prevent me getting emotionally involved. Smart Goals will be beneficial for my Quarterly performance reviews along with remaining factual when dealing with negative behaviours. Good delivery of the course content and open discussions for all formulas – Marco made sure all examples was relevant for the varying students. 10/10

This course was great! It was amazing to see and process thoughts into frameworks to help understand. Chris was amazing at presenting. He was clear with his delivery and used real-life examples to help illustrate points.

I found all the content useful, educational and thought provoking. There are several areas that I will use in my day-to-day such as ‘wrong box, right box’, better time management and how to empower others by being positive or reframing a situation. Chris (trainer) was energetic, engaging and knowledgeable. I have attended many bad training sessions over the years, this was not one of them!

The course content was very good! Easy to follow and concise. Loved the diagrams and the various quotes. Punchy wording that stays with you! Loved the idea of summarising thoughts on back pages. The trainer's presentation was excellent! Fantastic use of humour to explain the concepts that are not easy to convey. Very good 'illustrative' technique. Course content was very good - easy to follow and understand. Overall the course was very helpful. But specifically the parts on conflict resolution and prioritisation were particularly useful. The trainers presentation was first class, well delivered, informed, relevant and with the right energy and use of language.

Technology is fantastic, it is like being in the room with them. Great for learning as it is interactive, they are standing in front of the screen they are writing on which I found so helpful. They aren't just reading it out to you, they write and go through everything with you. I found the technology they use is the next best thing to real life face-to-face teaching. Marco and Chris writing on the tablet which comes up on the main screen I found helpful as it made the course more personal and detailed with their own pictures and clearly laid out tables or graphs etc.
