This was an excellent course with a well-thought-out analytical approach to common challenges we all face. I feel well-equipped to handle a variety of current and future problems at work and in my personal life. I would recommend this course to anyone. The summary statements were very helpful and practical, and the frameworks can be applied to any situation. The trainer was highly engaging and interesting. They did a great job of holding our attention and making the material easy to digest. 100/100

I found pretty much all of the content very useful. It made me think about things in a different way. Hopefully will return to this material and use it to keep thinking positively about all the forthcoming challenges. Chris presented very well, both clearly and confidently.

The course content was excellent. An enjoyable course, very thought-provoking and informative. Lots of information compacted into a short time, with good notes to refer back to. Excellent training course. I feel very secure (and excited) to start using certain models in my practice, including the priority decision matrix and the wrong box/right box method. The trainer was equally excellent. By using 'real life' examples he helped me contextualise the models. As well as giving me the confidence to start better prioritising my work and others in my team.

The course content was very interesting; lots covered and all linked together well. Really helpful for a wide range of professional development and good, straight forward tools to use again and teach others. Trainer's presentation was very clear; good amount of interaction without putting anyone on the spot (which would make attendees feel awkward).

The course material and additional resources were really helpful. Even though the course was online, it was still really interactive and I now feel I have some great tools to work with. I would recommend this course. Chris was a terrific trainer! His energy was great and I felt motivated to remain engaged throughout. He was knowledgeable and gave helpful explanations and clear answers to questions. It was great to have Chris physically in front of you, engaging and discussing key points while also using the interactive whiteboard to illustrate key points. There was a good balance of slides, interactive whiteboard and discussion.

The course content was well structured, rich in tools, techniques, examples to increase productivity, healthy management and support others and ourselves to achieve. Lots of diagrams, moderately paces (not too fast or too slow, just right!) and very informative. I think there is a great deal I can use in my day to day life – personal and professional.

I found the course interesting and very interactive, Even though I had done this course previously the Right Box/Wrong Box really stood out today in the course, which I will definitely be using in the future. Excellent presentation by the trainer.100/100

Chris Provided clear, rational, structure to things that have been feelings or rules of thumb until now [Don’t criticise personality, or in public, etc] Defining types of work Q1, Q2, etc. was particularly useful. Most content was framed toward yourself (which is where improvement starts, to be fair). However, for a leadership course, potentially the implication and use for a wider team should be made more explicit.

The course content was very informative and relevant to my first steps into a management level role. Lots of tools and information to take away to help me in the job. The trainer's presentation was very good, I felt quite inspired on completion of the course, thank you!

Fantastic course content. Learnt an awful lot I had not previously considered. In particular the 'WhatsNext' for prioritisation, such a simple process to prioritise tasks. Both Marco and Chris were fantastic. I was dubious about joining a virtual training course; however, it exceeded my expectations! Both were informative, friendly and could tell both were passionate about the training they provided. I really liked how the technology used to deliver the course was used. I was unsure how this course would work virtually but really enjoyed it and I learnt a lot due to the layout and presentations on Teams.

The training course content was superbly structured with excellent notes. Each element was clearly presented and discussed, allowing opportunity to reflect and plan on how to integrate into our professional and personal lives. Gezz was amazing and the best trainer I have ever witnessed. Polite, courteous and understanding throughout, Gezz delivered this course in an interesting and engaging way through the entire sessions 10/10.

Came to the course with a huge workload sitting on my desk, but I think I'll be able to tackle this in a better way (and better frame of mind) having done this course. The content was very thorough and was just enough for a day course. It covered many areas but still remained focused on key areas of professional development. Marco was an absolute star, so helpful and kept me on track and focussed. I cannot fault the delivery of the presentation at all. Had never seen the tech before, so was really impressed, allowed me to be more engaged. I didn't even look at my mobile phone all day!

The course content was put together really well and flowed from one subject to another nicely. Everything was relevant, and the tools included will help me going forward into senior management. Chris has a lovely approach to the training which makes it enjoyable, and the time flew! He's voice is easy to listen to and clear. If there was something we didn't understand or extra questions we asked, it was never a problem and he either went back over something or extended his answer to the extra question. He was brilliant! The tech was great! easy to follow on screen and it makes it so much nicer in colour! :)

I found the course to be very informative giving me a way to structure and deal with situations in the workplace and life. A great work book easy to understand and digest. The content was very useful and relevant and included a lot of interactive elements to keep you interested and focused. I like the idea of the summary points and quotes at the back of the manual, that we wrote down each day. Alison delivered the course to perfection. I have never been in a course led by someone so engaging and with such presence, without being domineering or intimidating

I found this course useful in summarising key elements of leadership and management qualities, together with using real life situations to demonstrate how to implement those elements. The structure formulae to set goals, deal with problems, create success were also beneficial. The trainer was clear, friendly, succinct and informative.

I found the course content incredibly interesting and very informative. Everything seemed very common sense based, but not something you immediately think about until it's in front of you. I found most benefit from the psychology of language in terms of conflict and conversation. Chris was a fantastic presenter. Incredibly engaging and made sure everything was clearly understood. Very informative and constructive, carefully planned out presentations. Well timed breaks and a very clear message and objective for each subject. I especially found the time management and planning very beneficial, as well as the SMART and wrong box/right box techniques. This course has not only benefited me as a manager, but also helped me improve as a person. Brilliant course. Very detailed and visual. Key points delivered well and in the right way to be able to remember down the road. Perhaps our industry is a little too reactive for some of it, but there are certainly things that I will use. Very engaging, positive delivery.

I found the 8 Part SMART, Conflict Management and Continuous Improvement Cycle to be the most beneficial parts of this training course. In relation to the trainer's presentation, I enjoyed how both days were done via flip chart. The trainer knew what he was talking about. Very interactive and personal. The trainer and training content definitely exceeded my expectations. I will refer this course to my colleagues. Best training course I have attended.

The course is very interesting and it covers a new area in communication that is not taught in undergraduate classes. It is beneficial because it deals with understanding the process of communication. It improves skills in written and practical communication processes. Trainer's Presentation is excellent. He has a deep knowledge of the content, and he used the simplest teaching technique to achieve results. I am highly impressed.

I found the course to be informative and I very much enjoyed the day. The number of delegates allowed for a more personal approach which I found helpful. I have taken away some useful tools to handle difficult and confrontational situations, that can be applied not only in the workplace but in life generally. I was looking online at a course that may benefit the position I hold. (Owner of small business company) and I stumbled upon this two day course. I have found the course very interesting for my business leadership & also my own personal development. Also one that my staff can do & I will be using these guys for this. I thought the content was great; really inspiring. I learnt a lot about the value of objective vs subjective communication and how I can start to apply more logical thinking/reasoning. Trainer was fantastic, very engaging throughout, good use of whiteboard and despite it being a whole day he managed to hold my attention all the way through. Great session held virtually, with interactive workbook.

The course content was very good! Easy to follow and concise. Loved the diagrams and the various quotes. Punchy wording that stays with you! Loved the idea of summarising thoughts on back pages.
