The course is very interesting and it covers a new area in communication that is not taught in undergraduate classes. It is beneficial because it deals with understanding the process of communication. It improves skills in written and practical communication processes. Trainer's Presentation is excellent. He has a deep knowledge of the content, and he used the simplest teaching technique to achieve results. I am highly impressed.

Excellent course content that will be very useful. Good, practical tools provided, as well as some thought-provoking aspects. Will be beneficial in all areas of life - not just work. I thought the content was very good, with a lot of it relevant to my working environment and in some areas personal. I found the split between the organisational and emotional aspects worked well. I felt the Time Management Matrix, Priority Order Decision Matrix, as well as the future bad/future good in particular, were really useful and engaging. I was very impressed with how the technology worked. The ability to see Chris whilst he was presenting and the interactive drawings were really engaging, particularly compared to the share-screen PowerPoint presentations with someone talking over them that I have experienced in the past.

This was an excellent practical course. It was a 'Breath of fresh air' to attend a training session that gives you useful tools rather than psychological 'fluff'. The trainer's presentation was very good. Managed to keep the audience interested at all times. Time flew by.

The content was amazing, I learnt a lot of good advice and information. I especially enjoyed the conflict resolution and emotions parts. There were a lot of techniques that will be very useful to me in the future. It was clear, straight to the point and very engaging. Did the 2 Days. Covered all 6 areas. Great content, slides, resources. Workbook great for taking notes. Areas to work in and be interactive. Small group so all able to get involved and interact with alternative to discuss. Clear + concise. Good delivery + got all involved. Depth of knowledge helping reinforce ideas, models methods to take forward. 100/100

I found the content interesting and believe that I can use it to improve myself both personally and professionally, especially conflict management, delegation and time management. The presentation was very good. The Trainer was engaging and the information was in-depth but easy to understand.

The course contained lots of interesting topics that were all relevant to my job role. All topics were explained in lots of detail, with great strategies to remember them. The trainer's presentation was great, with use of both personal case studies and from the group, ensured we were all engaged. The training media and training manual, made the two days engaging and interactive.

Very informative and constructive, carefully planned out presentations. Well timed breaks and a very clear message and objective for each subject. I especially found the time management and planning very beneficial, as well as the SMART and wrong box/right box techniques. I found the course content relates a lot to a lot of what I felt I already knew, which clearly did not. All aspect where really helpful. Especially having to deal with conflict, which I’ve not had experience in the workplace to date. Chris was Brilliant! The course content was very detailed, informative and useful for everyday life and working life. This course doesn't just inform you on why you should do these things to be a better manager, but also how, which is so important. Very informative and helpful. I found the guidance on effective communication (CG4D), conflict (Wrong box, right box) and feedback (Conversation control, Success formula) very beneficial. Section on time management also give me practical ideas to better manage my time (Decision matrix etc). The presenter was clear, engaging and patient, and delivered the content in a very timely manner.

An excellent course. This is something all employees should receive BEFORE or IMMEDIATELY AFTER moving to a supervisory/managerial role. Contains lots of useful info, also for general life.
