This was my first virtual training and I found the set up with the green screen/ virtual whiteboard, very organised and presented. The content included a lot of very interesting topics. I was really pleased to attend the course and being given the tools I need to improve my communication skills, not only for work purposes, but beyond that. Both Chris and Marco did a great job delivering the course. The course delivery was very interactive and interesting throughout the whole day, at times eye-opening. I appreciated all the whiteboard notes, having a photographic memory it really helped me a lot to retain the information.

The course content was very comprehensive and covered everything I wanted to learn about and improve upon. I found the content very interesting and look forward to putting it into practice! Gezz is a very thorough trainer and comes across very clear, whilst keeping the attendees interested throughout the two days.

Very informative and constructive, carefully planned out presentations. Well timed breaks and a very clear message and objective for each subject. I especially found the time management and planning very beneficial, as well as the SMART and wrong box/right box techniques. This course has not only benefited me as a manager, but also helped me improve as a person. Alison was a very knowledgeable and informative presenter, clearly understanding each members need to be there. An absolute credit to her profession.

The course had good structure and pace. Useful consolidation of topics which we can put into context within the company's culture and meetings. The trainer was clear and attentive and tailored the discussions to our needs and additional questions.

Very informative training. Diagrams and plans will be very useful, as will the decision matrix in helping me to keep focused on my goals and maintain a positive mental attitude. The presenter was also extremely engaging, fast-paced but clear, good interaction and would definitely recommend this course to others.

The course content is practical and adaptable to everyday living – not just work! I am sure that the skills I have learnt will come into immediate use and I urge other new managers to take this course. Training course content was far more in depth than I imagined and a change to other courses I have been on, which I would say brushed over things compared to the structured detail of this course. The trainer delivered well with good visual aid demonstrations which stuck in my mind well.

Excellent content. Gave great practical advice and tools to deal with many of the issues faced on a daily basis. In particular the tool to allow quick prioritisation, by value. Chris was an excellent trainer, very good communicator and easy to follow.

I found this course useful in summarising key elements of leadership and management qualities, together with using real life situations to demonstrate how to implement those elements. The structure formulae to set goals, deal with problems, create success were also beneficial. The trainer was clear, friendly, succinct and informative.

Extensive content that was applicable to both professional and personal development, especially associated with time management, prioritisation and emotional management. The trainer was concise and knowledgeable, conscious of the group and how well information was retained. Would definitely recommend the course.

I thought the content was very good, with a lot of it relevant to my working environment and in some areas personal. I found the split between the organisational and emotional aspects worked well. I felt the Time Management Matrix, Priority Order Decision Matrix, as well as the future bad/future good in particular, were really useful and engaging. I was very impressed with how the technology worked. The ability to see Chris whilst he was presenting and the interactive drawings were really engaging, particularly compared to the share-screen PowerPoint presentations with someone talking over them that I have experienced in the past.

The professional development and productivity sections of the course were equally insightful. The simple plans and processes are easy to understand and presented very well. They obviously have a passion for training and the knowledge and experience they both share was well received and extremely beneficial. The use of the virtual white board was a great addition. Too many training providers rely on their slide content only to drive the course forward, which can in my experience allow the mind to wander. The presentation remained engaging throughout.

I found this course beneficial to know how to successfully conduct an investigation into issues. The tools will enable me to find the correct, factual information. I found all the course content very useful, even the topics I didn't think I needed training on. The most beneficial topics were decision making, managing emotions, conflicts and communication. The trainer was very engaging, using a lot of great examples. There was not a boring moment in the two days I attended. Great content. Really interesting and I found all of it beneficial for use in both the workplace and the outside world. Most useful to be given tools to use for all of the theories to put into practice. Trainer (Chris) engaged with his own material, demonstrated his own use of the knowledge he was imparting, great speed (not too quick), kept interest throughout and made it easy to take on board. Excellent trainer.

The course content was excellent, in particular the conflict management, time management and mindfulness sections. The techniques taught in the course will be of generic great value both in work and personal life. Chris is an excellent presenter, putting a group originally very socially awkward and nervous at ease. Very friendly and puts a positive spin on answers even to difficult questions.​

Chris Provided clear, rational, structure to things that have been feelings or rules of thumb until now [Don’t criticise personality, or in public, etc] Defining types of work Q1, Q2, etc. was particularly useful. Most content was framed toward yourself (which is where improvement starts, to be fair). However, for a leadership course, potentially the implication and use for a wider team should be made more explicit.

The course content was quite detailed, but the presentation broke it down so that it wasn't too daunting. Covered a lot of ground in two days. Really informative. The trainer's presentation was excellent. The best training presentation I have ever seen.
