The course content was excellent. Perfectly structured so that it flowed and made logical sense. I have been on similar courses in the past, but the content and particularly the delivery of this one, was the best I have seen. Very impactful.

The course material and additional resources were really helpful. Even though the course was online, it was still really interactive and I now feel I have some great tools to work with. I would recommend this course. Chris was a terrific trainer! His energy was great and I felt motivated to remain engaged throughout. He was knowledgeable and gave helpful explanations and clear answers to questions. It was great to have Chris physically in front of you, engaging and discussing key points while also using the interactive whiteboard to illustrate key points. There was a good balance of slides, interactive whiteboard and discussion.

Very informative training. Diagrams and plans will be very useful, as will the decision matrix in helping me to keep focused on my goals and maintain a positive mental attitude. The presenter was also extremely engaging, fast-paced but clear, good interaction and would definitely recommend this course to others.

Detailed course with a lot of information to impart, which must be difficult to condense. It was divided into easy chunks and was very clear and structured. I really enjoyed the course, so many different modules covered that I will find useful in my professional life. Great content, the modules on communication and conflict in particular were insightful and structured. Chris, the trainer, was approachable, clear and concise. I would highly recommend him as a trainer. He was committed to making sure we received the full training. Easy to understand and knowledgeable.

I found the course to be informative and I very much enjoyed the day. The number of delegates allowed for a more personal approach which I found helpful. I have taken away some useful tools to handle difficult and confrontational situations, that can be applied not only in the workplace but in life generally. Having access to the post course portal for further support is also a bonus. I found the course tutor, Chris, to be engaging and would definitely consider attending your courses in the future.

I have attended a few courses in the past and this one is by far the best. It has got a very well-defined structure and lots of useful information. The most useful content was to do with dealing with people in conflict situations: wrong box / right box and success formula. Very clear presentation and good, relevant examples. Did not drift off the point. Was easy to keep focus on.

I now understand that lack of appreciation is often the cause of conflict and that an efficient leader should seek to change the future behaviour. The trainers were very practical, clear and able to communicate very efficiently. They were unambiguous and made the sessions very interesting.

Course content was excellent covering some really valuable topics in a good amount of detail with practical tools and methods that will be easy to implement without overloading us with too much information. Virtual presentation was excellent, the trainers were clear and gave a good balance of presenting and allowing discussion/ prompting for answers and input from the delegates. I really like the combination of the power point slides, the PDF workbook, and the digital white board used by both trainers.

Really informative with lots of practical tips, especially around how to communicate better—whether that’s inspiring others or giving feedback. The app and online tools were a great bonus. Chris was super knowledgeable and easy to relate to, and the personal stories really helped bring the ideas to life.

It was the best of this type of course I’ve attended. I found all elements beneficial, particularly conflict management and the success concept. It was a perfect balance of teaching vs interaction, with a nice touch of humour. I didn’t nod off once, Chris engaged me 100% for the full two days. I’m looking forward to applying what I’ve learnt and would highly recommend this course.

A very informative course. Covered many areas of use, with plenty of content. Assisted me in realigning my business approach. The trainer was very engaging, delivered the course clearly in a timely manner. I found the course content to be varied and covered a good range of materials. The mix of tool-kits, activities and contextual material was well-balanced. I enjoyed the trainer's manner and delivery. He balanced the course content and personal anecdotes, so the course was engaging as well as useful. He was positive, constructive and knowledgeable.

Course content was very spot on focusing on the main aspects of time wasters. Chris was very professional and presented the content in a very interactive manner engaging the attendees throughout the training. Technology was very good. The use of digital interactive background and the whiteboard connection from the tablet was especially interactive. (Live, online remote time management training course).

An excellent course. This is something all employees should receive BEFORE or IMMEDIATELY AFTER moving to a supervisory/managerial role. Contains lots of useful info, also for general life. The trainer was engaging, maintained interest of the group. Good explanations of the content, in easy to understand terms.

The course was very informative. I have experienced similar courses before, like SMART, but this was much more cohesive. Very useful in joining the dots and at least confirming that I have the basics that I can continue to build on. The trainer was very good, a bit quirky in parts, precise and demonstrative.

Excellent overview of concepts with some detailed analysis of key concepts. Such as the ‘goal’ part of SMART. The trainer was knowledgeable and approachable. I particularly liked that it was their own material – constantly improved and not just ‘a trainer’ presenting a training package.
