Here is an important question

Are you trying to do too much?

Many people think that "there is too much to do".
The truth is that:
They are trying to do too much.

Here is the solution to your problems

Stop trying to do too much!
Here is another question

Should you try to do it all?

There are two possible answers to the question

  1. Yes - I should try to do it all
  2. No- I should NOT try to do it all

What if you answer "yes"

"Yes: I should try to do it all"

That means: "Yes I should try to ....

  • Please everyone
  • Chase up all the opportunities
  • Satisfy every desire"

If you try to do it all.....

You burn out: You will suffer overwhelm

Time Management Training

Time Management Training

Most people feel they need help with time management. How can you get more done in the same amount of time? How can you stop other people wasting your time? If you want to know how, then click here to find out more about our time management training course.

Why?

Because you are a limited being with limited amounts of

  • Time
  • Energy
  • Mental focus
  • Patience

So:

Please do NOT try to "do it all".

You should instead, try to do "only some"

What is meant by "only some"?

There are three options

  1. Your favourite things
  2. The easiest things
  3. Your most important things

Of the three options:

Don't do "your favourite things"

Because the favourite things might be worthless to you:

  • Eating more cakes does not solve the problem
  • Shopping on-line does not help the situation.

Don't do the easiest things

The "easy win" can make you feel better, but does not necessarily improve the situation.

DO ONLY THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS

The most important things are defined as "The FEW things that, if done well, will take you the furthest towards the achievement of your goals".

THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS almost certainly will not be:

  1. The easiest things on your list
  2. The most pleasant things on your list.

But they are the best things on your list
Anything else is a relative waste of time.

DO ONLY THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS

Always, you should know what the "one most valuable task" is for that movement.

Summary
